They were really good.

From the start, the Enviro-Pest responsiveness and service was outstanding. They answered the phone, returned calls, were flexible in scheduling, arrived on time, explained the service and answered all my numerous questions. They performed the service as advertised and, in my opinion, with professionalism that exceeds the standard of other comparable outfits.

There was some confusion regarding the appt. time. Will Fowler could not have handled the situation any better. He arrived and was very professional and did a thorough job. I am happy to have found someone to provide pest control services that I trust and want to do business with.

We have been using Enviro-Pest for over a year now and have had no complaints about their service. All 3 people that have been to our house have been very professional and polite. We had to call them back out to do a spot extermination after we found a couple tree roaches in our house before the 60 day warranty was up. Enviro-Pest came back out, no questions asked, and target sprayed areas of our house where we saw the roaches and also took some extra steps to control the roach problem in our attic.

We are in the process of moving into a new house. The previous owners had a dog and we will be babysitting a dog for a world traveling son. We also were moving from a home that was infested with silverfish and are likely introducing the pest into this home via the moving boxes. Will Fowler, owner, arrived promptly. He asked many questions and custom mixed his blend of pest-ridding brew to eliminate specific pests from our new home. He went to work promptly and was very thorough. He finished quickly inside the home and went to work in the garage and outside. I had to leave while Will was finishing up outside in order to get to work on time. He called me shortly after he was finished and apologized for not being able to remove some now dying bag worms from our eaves because he had not brought a tall enough ladder. He offered to return with the right ladder later in the day, but since he promised me they were dead, I declined the offer. Will will definitely be the man who returns in three months and on a regular schedule thereafter. It is comforting to see all of the dead roaches on the porch and not in my house. That means the barrier Will put in place is working. It was nice that whatever mixture Will used had no unpleasant odor. And our house still had that just washed carpet smell from the day before.

They did a great job. We were very, very impressed. Our cats were going crazy. They took care of the issue over a period of a week. I refused to change the traps. They came out to take care of changing the traps and resetting them. The owner and his assistant were extremely professional, very courteous, and executed exactly what they stated they would perform. If you need a pest service, this business is the one to us in the Houston area.

They were very responsive and professional from the beginning. They are helpful in that they send a once-a-year reminder for servicing, so that you can cancel if you have made other arrangements.

The quote was reasonable, and I needed the work done ASAP because they were getting ready to swarm. The crew came out the next day and treated the yard and the portion inside the wall with active infestation. Hopefully this will eliminate my problem.

I placed the phone call on Friday which was answered immediately and an appointment set up for the following Tuesday. The technician was 20 minutes late, but was very courteous. After explaining our problem with the sugar ants, he explained step-by-step what they would do to stop the problem. Because it was raining, the outside of the house would have to be done later. He told me what to expect (ants to pop-up elsewhere) and if that remained a problem after a few days, to call and they would come back out. The outside of the house was sprayed two days later. The technician was quick, courteous and very informative. The product dried within 15 minutes and it was safe for around our children and I could go about normal cleaning. The spray lasts for about 3 months. If at that time any problems arise, we can call them for another spray. We have not had any ants since the day he came out.

Will Fowler, the owner, was called late on the Tuesday when termite damage was found. He came out to the house early Wednesday, made a through inspection, identified the termites we had and detailed exactly how he would treat the problem. His knowledge of the pest, the treatment he would use and his explanation of what would be done to eliminate the problem was detailed, complete and comprehensive. He indicated he could schedule the work for the coming Friday. Will and his two assistants arrived promptly early Friday morning. Will reviewed what had to be done with his assistants and they all then immediately started their assigned duties. They were through and efficient and finished shortly after noon! They cleaned up before they left and did a great job. We would recommend Enviro-Pest for this and any other pest control needed! Will is personable, friendly and showed his genuine concern for our problem. His quote was also less than competitors we also called.

After the construction was completed on our house the first thing we did was call Enviro-Pest. They set and made the appointment on time, two days after we first contacted them. The technician, was extremely thorough, and let us know the areas where the heavy infestations usually occur, so we could keep an eye on it. The job was done so well, there has been no need to call them back yet.

I feel that they are very careful about the chemicals that they use. They are very thorough with making sure to hit every spot possible with the chemicals. They always inspect all areas of the yard and house. They ask you if there have been any problems with pests. I use them four times a year and if there are problems in between times, they come back and take care of that also.

I CALLED ON A SATURDAY IN A BIT OF A PANIC. ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT AN EXISTING CUSTOMER, THE OWNER FIT ME INTO THE SCHEDULE FOR THAT DAY. HE CAME OUT THAT SAME AFTERNOON, IDENTIFIED THE PEST, REASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD NOT ATTACK THE DOGS, AND THEN TREATED THE YARD EARLY MONDAY MORNING. HE WAS ON TIME, VERY HELPFUL AND CONSIDERATE, AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

WILL IS SO FRIENDLY AND POLITE. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THESE QUALITIES ARE DIFFICULT TO FIND IN A PEST CONTROL COMPANY.
