I had a second experience with this company today rude owner Told me to take my business somewhere else. Well guess what you rude person. . I will take my business somewhere else. I also complained to our warranty compamy and they will deal with your attitude. I can't believe you are still in business I've never had someone talk to me that way.. you will never get my business. I too called my home warranty company as my a/c wasn't working. They told me my condenser coil froze up due to low freon from a freon leak. This repair was covered under my warranty but they tacked on an additional $850.00 in charges for so called modifications after they finished the job 2 of my a/c vents were not pumping out any air. This was a clear replacement of the condenser that should have been covered by warranty but they tacked on a bunch of extra charges.

It’s a terrible company. They came out to my rental house and charged me an ungodly amount of money. I have a home warranty and the home warranty company sent them out. They came out claiming it wasn’t a covered item and that the system needed to be cleaned. The home warranty company is going after them. They charged me $330 and left. They weren’t even there 20 minutes. My renters told me that the air conditioner still wasn’t working right. They charged me $330 for nothing. I will never use them again.
