D & D PEST CONTROL

Everything turned out well. The technician showed up on time, performed a thorough application, and acted professionally while at the house. They did a good job for a fair price, and I have no complaints.

We have 4 houses and have a contract with them for all 4. We have been using them since 1996. I continue to use them because of their company's politeness and professionalism. They charge me one time and if something pops up they come and do it free of charge. Their employees are wonderful and respond fast to me. They are very polite and concerned about my issues.

They have always been satisfactory. We inherited them from the people we bought the house from. The service was fine. The technician was quite competent. There was nothing wrong with the service. The service was adequate and we had no more bugs. The price was wonderful.

I love them. They have been doing my house for 10-12 years. I have a contract and they come every other month. They do the entire house in and out. If I see any roaches or anything in-between they will come out for free. They are very dependable and punctual. They do a good job and they are very reasonable. I pay $65 every other month and I have a 4,000 square foot house; it is like a compound with 3 houses and he does all of them at that price. I will absolutely continue using them.

We have used D&D pest control for probably 8+ years and they have done a great job for us. Their office personnel is always very friendly when scheduling an appointment. Their technician is also great and very friendly. They often seem to go above and beyond and always stress that if we have any problem, to call them. We once had some ants (due to swarming) and they came out and took care of them at no charge. The price shown is for a 4000+ square foot home, so you may be able to get a price in the $50-$60 range (per quarterly visit). Overall, very professional... but with a good heart that comes through in their service.

I have had the other companies service me previously. I got to know the owner. When I asked them to do my house, they said they would because of my insurance. Overall, their service has been wonderful. They were very professional and very timely. They did an excellent job for me.

The inspection was fine, he pointed out much more things then what had to do with termites. Some was helpful, but some were things that the building inspector had told me. Some might find it annoying, but I thought he was just trying to be helpful. The main negative I have about his service is he pushed his pest control service on us a few times. We would have preferred him just to leave us some information on it, rather then telling us about it several times. We felt he was wanting us to sign up right then and we hadn't even bought the house yet! Price was a little more then we thought was the going rate. Overall he was adequate and performed the services we expected.
