Curtis was phenomenal in our quest to sell our current home and relocate in the League City/Friendswood area. Curtis went out of his way to meet my family's needs and work with our crazy schedules. He was great about setting up appointments and working with us on a daily basis. Curtis uses a professional photographer at no additional cost and made the listing photos look gorgeous. He works fast and was quick to get our home photographed and listed. Twelve hours from the time Curtis listed the house we had multiple offers on the table and we're under contract within two days. I would highly recommend Curtis McAnulty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Houston area. Our experience with him was wonderful. Curtis was professional, hard working and all around a great person to work with. We will definitely use him again for any future purchases and listings.
Description of Work: Curtis listed our home in an very timely manner and helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a new home. He had great knowledge of the area and gave a lot of insight into the surrounding communities and neighborhoods. I've bought and sold homes before, but my experience with Curtis was by the far smoothest and best transition i've ever had.
