Fantastic!! Can I give 6 stars? The most professional, courteous, and eager to please crew I have ever seen. They work hard until it is right. The tile looks like brand new, and they worked the stubborn dog stain out of the carpet. You will not be disappointed. Pricing is fair and up front.

David did a terrific job cleaning all of the tile in my house--about 600 sq ft. He was professional and personable and was careful to protect the walls and non-tile floors when he worked. Outstanding service.

The film was removed and he told us what to purchase to prevent this from happening again (don't ever use mop and glow!). Fantastic. The tile is 20 years old, but we kept good care of it, but over that time the grout, especially got dirty in some places. David cleaned the tile and got rid of marks left by the kitchen chairs. After cleaning the tile and sealing it, looks brand new! We opted for the colored sealant which was more expensive, but gave us a 15 year warranty. He did a great job and highly recommend him.1,000

I think it was an average price for what he did. He was here all day long. So I think it was reasonable. I have had it done before but it was a different type of tile so I don't have anything to compare to. The tile was not as quite as white but I don't that was his fault. I think its the grout line is so tiny. He left the acid on for a long time. I don't think anyone else could have done any better.

David traveled from League City to Katy to color and clean the grout and tile in my 10 yr old home, approximately 1200 sq ft. This was a big job (~14 hrs). He was prompt, professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. His equipment was heavy duty professional grade. Master bath grout was cleaned and color sealed; this included both floor and tub/shower surround areas. The tile and grout throughout the house was cleaned and sealed. Everything looks great; I highly recommend Clean Tile and More!

David showed up & got explained the process to me & then got to work. He had a hard job ahead of him! He worked at it until he had the stuff off my floors & they were perfectly clean. He even had a little device that will go up under your counters & close to the walls to steam there & get all the little nooks. I am so happy with my floors now. I will never use any type of shiner or coating on my floors. I will definitely be calling him back when it's time to have them cleaned again! Thanks David.

The ceramic tile and grout had been placed 5 years ago. The area is located in a high traffic area and was dull and had dirt in the grooves of the tile. The grout had darkened. Mr. Gilder took 4 hours to deep clean the grout and tile. The tile and grou looked brand new. Mr. Gilder also recommended a solution to keep the tile clean- Tile Lab which I have purchased. Mr. Gilder was very friendly and explained each step of the process. He even arrived early, which was great for me. Pricing was very resonable.

David Gilder and his son Derek arrive promptly at 9:00 on Friday, April 5th; they began by cleaning all the carpets. They then moved all the furniture from the hard surfaced flooring and began to clean. Saturday David returned, again promptly at 9:00 to finish cleaning and sealing the concrete pavers. Sunday David and Derek returned to reposition all the furniture - a massive job. Both David and Derek are true gentlemen, very courteous and polite. They definitely know their business. They have the proper equipment to do the job, and this was a big job. The floors have never looked this good; everyone who sees them is asking for their contact information. We chose the right folks to do our job and the price was reasonable. We are happy to recommend them and would definitely call them again. jm
