 + -1 moreI have used Clancy's before at my previous residence with very good results. I feel they are pretty honest and thorough.
Description of Work: Dave with Clancy's came out and looked at some termites I had collected. He referred me to a specialist in identifying termites species/subspecies and "tenting fumigation" if it were to be required as Clancy's does not do tenting fumigation. The specialist used magnified identification and told me the termites were Formosa termites and projected that they were from a swarm as he saw no evidence of tunnels where they had entered the house. He felt that without tunnels there was no infestation and advised Dave take another look around for me in case he missed something. Dave concurred with the absence of tunnels and said that unless there is a place the Formosa termites are getting water from a leak or other source the likelihood was small that there is an actual infestation.
