Jesse is very knowledgeable about his craft, he tells you what material he plans to use. He gives you a detailed quote with price on it. He gives a very accurate estimate of time it will take to complete a project, give or take a day for rain. What was surprising, no money up front.

Very good communication with customer

I hired Jesse to do an overall refresh of my homes exterior at double the price I got on two other bids because I was really impressed with his attention to detail, which is rare IME among contractors. They showed up promptly at 8 every day. A sub came to pressure wash everything the first day, they did more than expected, and it looked great. Jesse and his brother(?) started the repairs the next day, and they did great work. They got a sub in to do some gutter work, and it looked great. They primed the repairs and painted everything and it looked great (once they got the paint smudges off the brick portions). Then on the very last day they repaired the cracks in the brick mortar. During the bid I was assured they could do it and it would blend seamlessly. When they were done I was a little concerned about the dark gray repair mortar on my beige bricks and mortar, but gave it some time to dry just in case, even waiting an extra week past the Tropical Storm Imelda rains. But it did not get better. I called Jesse back up to talk about it, and his initial response was that **it is too hard to match** which was precisely the opposite of what he told me while bidding, and I have had 2 prior rounds of mason-performed mortar repair that really did look seamless, so I know it is very possible. He agreed to do a little research and come try again. They came back out a week later and did the repairs over with a lighter mortar, but it still does not match and is very noticeable. At this point I am just going to have to spend _another_ few hundred to get it fixed right by someone else. If he could not do the mortar properly himself and was not willing to sub it out, there would have been no shame in admitting that up front, and I would not be upset right now. It was great until the last day, and now it is not, and I spent double what I could have for that. *sigh* I would recommend him for the siding/trim repairs and painting, but not the brick work.

Came to the job site quickly to give an estimate. Explained to quote details. Stuck to the quote with one unforseen exception. I pleased with the overall job.

When Jesse says he will be there at 8...he is there. No money down. Cares about his quality of work and reputation.

I hired Budget to repair 20-yr old peeling shingles on chimney, remove old satellite dish from roof & repaint shutters - Jesse pointed out other details that were in my best interest to fix that I didn't see, suggested paint color / finish selections that were value-added, made the chimney & shutters look brand new, and did it all in one day. I was out of town at the time, but he was flexible enough to wait until I returned to inspect & be paid. Will bring Jesse back in for future work.

Work was performed on time and the quality of work is very good. I will use Budget Painting again. This was not a big job but I was treated as if it was - good job with customer service and pricing was very fair! Thanks Jessie

I hired Budget to repair and paint the exterior cedar and soffit on my 2200 square foot house. They did high-quality work, replacing full boards (instead of just the rotted edges), and replaced several extra boards outside the original scope at no cost to me. They cleaned up and hauled off debris each day, leaving my yard clean, which I am certain my neighbors appreciated. They completed the work on-schedule in 3 days, and they didnâ t ask me to pay until they were finished with the job. My house looks brand new from the outside. I will definitely hire them again for future jobs. I rarely write reviews, but Budget handled everything perfectly from start to finish!

So great! Jesse seems to take great pride in his work and making sure the customer is happy. When i pull up to my house now it looks like it did when it was brand new!!! Love it! They came in and were very professional. They came out and worked very hard for two days, noting several problems that needed attention in addition to the immediate issue with my wood trim. I felt very comfortable with them here, start to finish. Great team. I will call them the next time I need construction.

Jesse and Tony are worth the wait. They may not be able to get started immediately but the quality work they do and customer service are excellent. They are definitely worth the wait. They repaired some wood siding, replaced trim and repainted my garage exterior and storage sheds. Once they got started the work progressed quickly. They were meticulous in their work and nice to talk to. Clean-up was stellar. I have already had them quote another project and I will be using them again.

Jesse and his family are a joy to work with. They are the nicest guys and truly take pride in their work. They continue until the job is done well. Jesse is very concerned to know if you are happy with the work. And you will be. He is prompt with appointments, estimates, and the job itself. Jesse will be our go to handyman and remodeler from here on out!

Jesse performed multiple repairs at my rent house, painted walls and ceilings, and installed a number of fixtures. All work was high quality. I will hire him again in the future.
