Tony at Benchmark was very professional from day one, from the estimating process through the installation process. He and Patrick did a great job installing and connecting my outdoor TV. I was very pleased with the service they provided and would highly recommend them.

Benchmark Communications was scheduled to come back to finish the job on a 8/02/2018 which was a week after the equipment was installed. I sent Mr. Thompson a text the day before to confirm the time so I could schedule my day. He told me the was booked solid the next three weeks! After I sent him a text informing him of my displeasure of blowing me off and that I would give him a negative review. He said he was too busy with other customers but would come back when he could. I told him to forget it and to expect a negative review. Terrible customer service! Don't pay this guy until the job is finished!!
