 + -1 moreOn September 14, he was supposed to be here at 8:30 but he did not show up. After 8:30 I called him and about 9 O'Clock he said he had the appointment mixed up and he had it on Sunday but he was a no show. On Sept 21, he came out and take the measurements for the quote and he was gonna send me a quote but I never heard from him. He have a time management issue and he did not gave me a quote yet. He was very unprofessional because he doesn't have time management skills, he was not a person of integrity.
Description of Work: He had an appointment with me that we made in Sept. 07, 2019 and I got a confirmation email that he will come out on Sept. 14, 2019.
