Handyman work. Very hard to get him to complete work. Disappeared for long periods and will furnish you with every childish, illogical excuse you could imagine. Performed shoddy work. (Painted over footprints.

My husband hired Mr. Bryan Flora and his assistant to refurbish our palapa. We also had him provide estimates to fix our pebble-tech pool deck, and a pool light. Mr. Flora made several appointments, which he did not show up for, then he dropped the palm fronds off at our home several days before he started the work on the palapa. He finally arrived on a Sunday, about 5 days after he dropped off the palm fronds, to do the work on the palapa. After he and his partner removed all the old palm fronds, they stood around looking at the palapa like they weren't sure what to do. The old fronds were attached to the frame with 10 penny nails, but Mr. Flora asked us if we had a staple gun, which we did, and he attached the fronds with staples that were less than 1" in length. Bryan and his partner did half a job finishing the palapa, then they left. He told my husband he didn't get paid enough for the job, so he left a huge pile of old and new fronds and loose staples in our yard. We have 2 small dogs, and this is attached to our pool, so our concern was that someone would get staples in their feet, so my husband and I spent several hours on a Sunday night cleaning up the mess that Bryan and his helper left. Bryan provided us with estimates a couple of days later to fix the deck and pool light, and they were $600 more than the highest bid we received from another company. The work was poor, and the 2 men that came to my home were far less than professional.
