ACT NOW CARPET CLEANING/DIRT FREE

He cleaned my carpets and did it all very fast which was okay but he told us the carpets would be dry in a couple of hours. They usually pride themselves with how quickly they can dry carpets and even have a special machine to suck the water out of the carpet. It took 24 hours for my carpet to dry! When it was dry it looked average at best. I've had better results when I cleaned my carpet mysel. Worse than this, he assured me he could clean my oriental rug. They pretty much destroyed it. It looks like it's been through a washing machine. I even had to take it out of my living room. I would NOT use this company again.

Someone was at my residence at all times. At 4 o'clock I received a phone call from them to let me know that they were on their way which was an inconvenience with me. They told me no problem that I would be on their top priority list and would be out between 2-5 on Thursday. They called me at 5:30 and I told them again it was a complete inconvenience with me and I was under the assumption that if I was on the "top" of the list that I would be their first cleaning. I called the company to speak to a manager about my issues. The lady I spoke to took my cell phone number and info and said that the manager would call me in a time period and I received no response from the manager or anyone. I was willing to stick it out another time if the manager would have called me back. The way they made it sound as if the manager was going to give me a call right away or my come out to my house. This company doesn't answer the phone as Act Now Carpet Cleaning but they answer it as Dirt Free.

I can say that Act Now had done a good job. All the stains are gone. I mean these were stains that I thought would be impossible to get rid of. The chemicals they used had a good smell and when they had left, I think it was an hour or two later, the carpets were already dry. I recall a certain product used for the heavy stains but cannot pinpoint the name of it. Whatever it was it worked very well.
