Not pleasant at the end although at first the courtesy and manners were exhibited. I tipped the three men well and expected the same treatment on the second trip and what followed as a third trip. Profanity and threats were fired but I paid the full price they billed me but not without my strong objections. Broken items not addressed accept to have a response of "Nice Try" by the owner/manager whom I never actually met. Never use these guys.
Description of Work: These guys walked on the end of the job with a half truck load and left a full load still in the house to be moved. I had to rent a 26' Budget Rental Truck and two Hispanic men, who really worked hard I might add, to get the items left behind by Angel Movers, A-1 Movers AAA Movers or whatever name these guys from League City choose to use. Beware of this group. This was a townhouse in Houston with 1700' and only one bedroom being used.

As I began a remodeling project I needed to move a very big, very heavy treadmill out of one room and into another on the same floor. The treadmill was so tall it would not fit through the door standing up (vertically), nor would it fit horizontally. It had to be turned on its side onto a dolly, and then it could be rolled down the hall after negotiating some turns. I couldn't even budge it and I didn't want to give my friends hernias, so I called around. One company said $300 was their minimum charge, but A1 Arrow said they would charge me $75 and come out the next day. They ran quite late, and I had to call to confirm they were still coming. The late arrival messed up my schedule a bit, but the guy arrived and got the job done in about 20 minutes. Before he began I confirmed the $75 price, having only gotten it over the phone and not in writing. He agreed that that was the price. After he moved the treadmill I paid him in cash and added $5 because he was so nice. This is the place to call if you need a small move. BTW, their website is http://hstrial-arrowmovers.homestead.com. Angie's List didn't like the format and wouldn't let me input it, but that's the correct address.
Description of Work: One guy with a heavy duty (piano-type) dolly moved my gym-quality treadmill from one room to another in my house.
