Hello my name is James Flores and I own a small business that offers carpet, tile, wood and upholstery cleaning. I have been in the industry for 30+ years. We are also certified for water restoration through the IICRC. All of our techs have 10 plus years experience in the industry. We offer free estimates on any of our work with no obligation.

James and Proserve are not only my personal preferred carpet cleaning service, I refer them to any of my clients who need floor cleaning and have referred him to clients who needed water remediation. They always arrive when they say they will, always discuss the needs and solutions in detail and provide services at a very fair price! Best service I've ever had from any other similar business!
