Ben responded quickly to my call and scheduled the service for the next day. They arrived early within the two hour window they promised and completed the work in a couple of hours. I was impressed with the service and even more so that Ben was working with a casted broken hand.

They phoned ahead and arrived when expected. They performed the work and offered to clean up the dust, too. Courteous and friendly. I can recommend them with confidence and will use them again.

Ben and his wife Candice came out the same day that I needed the work done. I was very impressed with their knowledge. They immediately took care of the most pressing issue. I plan on using his company for future upgrades to my home electrical system. They were very pleasant and helpful.

They went above and beyond and double checked everything in my house. They fixed my hallway switch and my driveway light switch (which another company couldn't "find the wire"). Ben and Candace are a great team. Courteous and professional and down to earth good people. I found a special on Angie's list for labeling my panel and testing all outlet and switches and there were 209 great reviews and I can totally see why! Ben and Candace took the time to answer all my questions and gave me detailed information that I so appreciated. They were able to explain some of the mystery switches and plugs! Ben gave me a broken down line by line estimate for must haves and things that would be good to have done but not critical. I am having everything fixed. Their prices are great!

They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves as they worked. Great care was taken when working around antique furniture. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely call them next time I need electrical work in my house.

First time working with this vendor. Very satisfied with the work and communication. Needed to get several outlets changed out for a client. Ordered on Saturday, since it was New Year's weekend and everyone was off on Monday I really didn't expect a call until Tuesday. Surprisingly, I got a call Monday and they scheduled the service for the next day. They were on time and completed the job in the allotted time. Best part, my client was impressed and happy with their service. Anyone who makes me look like a hero to a client gets an automatic add to my preferred vendor's list! Thanks!

I waited 3 weeks for next available appointment, confirmed appointment the day before, and received text at the appointment time saying he was unable to make our appointment. I responded to ask when he could come or could he send someone else but got no response. I sent a 3rd text and he said he did not care to do business with me. I now have only a few days to get this completed and had driven from Okla City to Dallas to meet him.

We hired Ben to install outdoor lighting in our porch area. The light Ben installed fell down the next day. I sent a text to Ben with a photo, he said he would come out to fix it the next day. He never showed up. After several phone calls Ben said he would be there there at a certain time to fix it. He never showed up again. I had to hire a professional to fix the problem, since I obviously didn't hire one the first time. This guy claims to be a vet. I have my doubts, but I can confirm he is an *******!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After taking down the original fan, he told us the original pole of the existing fan would not work and we needed a new one. After getting the new pole the next day, I set up three appointments for him to come back out. The first time he was a no show (with no call) because of being sick and the second time was a no show with no call or reply to any of my text (after he asked me to take the day off to help him with the ladder) the third time he said he was sick again. More than anything I just wanted the job done, because he lift the wires hanging out of my ceiling 20' up, not capped, and sitting against the drywall. Once he finally answered my text 3 months later, he told me where to rent a ladder and good luck. Not happy because he seemed like a great guy the first time he came over.

It was not good. They could have been more professional. The other day, the ones they put in weren't working. The helper was fine but the main guy was kind of a jerk.

It went great! I would highly recommend Ben. He was punctual, worked quickly, and did a great job. He also came up with an idea for an outlet in a logical place that made sense to install since my walls were already open from a plumber. It cost a little more, but made all the sense in the world because it would've required reopening walls if I ever decided to do it down the road.

First, Repaired electrical wiring in our breaker box related to our pool equipment. He was on time, very efficient, and even saved us some money by carefully inspecting all the materials we had to see what was sound enough to be used so we didn't have to replace every single part. At that visit he pointed out that the previous electrician had not completed their work on some of our wiring to code standards and it was really a hazard for us. So Ben was very honest and said that though he could fix it right then, to save us more money he suggested we call the previous electrician to fix their mistake and then we wouldn't have to pay Copper Creek to fix it. We tried that but the previous electrician has gone out of business. So we called Ben back and he came back within 2 days to fix our system. He was very fast again (20 mins or less) and it was after 7pm on a Friday evening so he worked long hours that day to to still get us and have us in good shape before the weekend. Their receptionist was very polite and kind and easy to work with, too! We will put them first on our list for electric projects we have in the future!
