it went great from my initial contact with Copper Creek's Candance via Angieslist email through the actual onsite work. My metal patio cover was damaged by hail and repaired by another Angieslist service company. As part of that repair work, a ceiling fan and two lights had to be removed. Since the company performing the repair work was not licensed to do electrical work, I had to enlist my own electrical contractor to re-install the three items. I looked over Angieslist 'Shop Offers' and found an electrical package that seemed adequate to cover the work to be done. I carefully checked the Angieslist ratings of all of the electrical companies offering similar packages and found Copper Creek Electric to have an A-rating and one of the best Angieslist ratings so I purchased the 2-hour, $143 package. Ben and his wife Candance came out to do the work and showed up right on time. Candance is not only the office person but also a journeyman electrician. Quite a Gal Ben has on his arm! They worked great together and did the work in nothing flat. Finished up within an hour or so, and did a great job to boot. If you need electrical work done, consider Copper Creek Electric. They will do you a great job and you might just get to meet a very pleasant entertaining couple!

Great service! Ben arrived on time and ran a quick diagnostic and had my lights repaired within an hour. He also gave suggestions on what could be done in the future should we decide to change the type of bulbs we used. He was extremely helpful and we would definitely hire him again for any future electrical problems.

They took their time and looked at every little thing my husband asked them to and gave us a very reasonable quote to fix-up several issues that we have on the property. They were extremely nice, very efficient and professional. They were also very informative and helpful (and patient!) - openly answering all of my questions as I was trying to learn a little for my own sake while they worked on my projects. My fuse problem ended up being an incorrectly installed switch that was cutting off power along that specific line - and the ceiling fan ended up being a problem with the manufacturer's motor. I think it was a worthwhile expenditure and provided good value. And it's always a bonus when the people who do a great job are also friendly and have a clear commitment to customer service!

I purchased the controller on Amazon.com. Amazon offered installation services which I selected. The purchaser has no control over what contractor will be assigned to do the work. My job was assigned to Copper Creek Electric in Lavon, TX. The installer arrived on time with an assistant. I believe the installer was the owner of the company. He removed the old controller and mounted the new Wi-Fi controller in its place and connected the watering station wires. They were never able to connect the controller to Wi-Fi and they knew nothing about the smart phone application that controls the device. Amazon's site describes the services to be delivered as: The Amazon website describes the services to be provided as follows: * Service provided by a local pro * Testing existing sprinkler system and zone functionality * Detaching old irrigation controller * Mounting and wiring 1 customer-supplied WiFi controller * Connecting controller to WiFi and mobile app * System configuration and tutorial The contractor did not complete the last two bullets. They had no idea how to perform the work. After wasting a lot of time, I finally asked them to leave. I had no choice but to sign their order to get them to leave. Their order states that they were unable to connect the controller to my Wi-Fi. That wasn't because my Wi-Fi was not working but because they didn't know how. Because I paid for the service through Amazon, I filed a complaint with Amazon which is still in process. Copper Creek has responded making untrue claims and threatening me with legal action. There is more to the story but the issues should be clear. The back and forth of emails through Amazon has led to no resolution as yet. However, I learned three important things in the process. 1. The State of Texas requires irrigation contractors and technicians to be licensed. 2. There is no irrigation license in the name of Cooper Creek Electric so they are not licensed to provide irrigation services in the State of Texas. 3. Their invoice did not contain the irrigation license number as required by state law. I fault both Amazon for not vetting contractors to assure they have the proper licenses and Copper Creek Electric for taking a job that it is not licensed to do. The lesson for all of us is to determine if a license is necessary to do the work you want done and to make sure the contractor you hire has the proper licenses.

They did a great job, answered questions, and explained different options and prices for future projects. I had expected the cost to be a bit lower, but it's probably still fair.

Response time was awesome, they got me scheduled soon and they were detailed in describing the work they performed and it went very quick.

The Copper Creek Team did a great job replacing my old 1980 Federal Pacific panel with a entirely new panel with whole home surge protection. They added a ground rod too since I was missing it when I purchased the house. They clearly labeled the new panel making it easy to decipher. I also had them install 2 new LED shop lights in the garage on an existing circuit. Very easy and professional team to work with. Highly recommend, will use them again for all electrician tasks.
