Description of Work: The service man started to put our lights in and was within 3 hours of finishing when he received a call saying his son was injured and he had to go. We totally understood, however he did not return or call for almost a week. When he finally called, he said he was in the hospital sick. He did come back and finish up. We asked about some other work and he gave my husband a quote. When it came time for the work, he did not answer the message we left, nor did he ever call us back. My husband thought since he was a military man that he would be more responsible. We found out different and will never use Copper Creek again and neither should you all advertise with him.

Description of Work: Installed 3 light fixtures. It was a $200 for two hours work for $99.

Description of Work: Very efficient and professional. Having them back out in the near future to replace our entire electrical fuse box since ours is from the 70's and needs some updating.

Description of Work: Very efficient in completing the work even though he was stung by a wasp while on a ladder installing an outdoor light.

Description of Work: 2 hours of electrical work purchased. Installed two new lights in kitchen exactly as I wanted. Installer/tech was great, and described everything in detail. Overall very happy with the work and results. Would use again/recommend.

Description of Work: He did nothing. He did not show for services I paid for and has not called to say he was unable to make it or returned my calls.

Description of Work: Ordered the $89 for a Home Electrical Inspection and Circuit-Breaker Panel Labeling. Set up an appointment with Kelly 2-weeks from the date I paid for the service. I took the day off of work and the Ben never showed. I called his cell and he didn't answer. I called the office and talked to Kelly, she said she was out of town but would get ahold of him and get right back to me. I never heard from her, and after 2 hours I called her back--she wouldn't answer her phone anymore and I have never heard from her again. I left a couple messages and eventually asked for a refund. No calls back. I eventually had to go through Angie's List to get a refund. I notice the same deal is now $10 more. From the reviews it seems like a lot of happy customers. In my opinion this company is a slime bag. Neither Ben or Kelly have any integrity. If you didn't want to drive up to my place have the courtesy to tell me, answer your phone or return the call. Instead I lost a day of work waiting for the no-show and avoidance calls. I hope karma comes a calling. Buyer beware. Update to the Company's reply: I think Coppercreek should look up the definition of integrity. Taking my money, making an appointment and being unable to complete that appointment can happen in the business world and it would of been forgivable. Not calling to cancel, having his wife take the initial call to inquire about your status and promising a quick reply, then never calling back, avoiding repeated calls and messages, not rescheduling and then not returning my money and forcing me to go through Angieslist to get a refund after several days is the lacking of integrity. A good business with integrity would of showed up to the appointment on time or call to cancel/reschedule. After failing to do that it would be to call to apologize, see if he can salvage the business deal or return the customer's money---he didn't do any of these things. His attempt to defend his actions with little more than your incorrect definition of integrity in lieu of a possible reason for his errors speaks volumes of his character.
