Once he had my outlets in place, I offhandedly mentioned to him that some dimmers had been installed upside down by my contractor when I had remodeled. “I’ll fix those!” Ben did so, and didn’t even charge me extra beyond the original quote to install the outlets. This is my second time to use Copper Creek Electric in my home, and I will most definitely be using them in all my future projects.

Ben completed the job quickly and without any problems. He is not only a talented electrician, but an incredible person as well.

The only item that was not explained to me was that an extra electrician was on the job and we were billed approximately $120 extra for the time because they were going by man hours in stead of strait time. Overall, the work was worth the extra amount spent, it was just a surprise.
Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for 2 hours of electrician work so I had them check out a fan that was having issues and had them move some outlet boxes.

+ 1 moreBen and his crew were wonderful. I live in a more remote area and they showed up exactly on time, installed all the fixtures and even dropped a new electrical box for the kitchen chandelier. They were great on explaining processes and patient with me. I definitely will have them back to install more ceiling fans, rewire for dimmer switches and anything else I can come up with for them to do!!
