Excellent service; Ben is very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He fully explained what was needed. He was very flexible in fulfilling our requests for repairs while at our residence.

Ben missed his appointment with me last week (he was in a car accident), and I agreed to a reschedule today for 1pm. Today he texted me and said it would be between 1 and 3 and I agreed, but asked for a 30 minute heads up. After not hearing from him, I called him at 2:45pm and got his voicemail. He called back and said he was 10 min away and I remarked that this was not a good start and how disappointed I was in his customer service and lack of communication. He offered a refund and I accepted it since he does not appear to be reliable.

It took almost 2 weeks for him to get here, which was very poor but I went along with it. My outdoor lighting had been out for a long time. (I had a professional install these lights over two sessions in the past. I also had someone do some indoor lights, but they haven?t worked.) He reset it and it worked like a charm. All he did was push a button, and changed bulbs that needed to be changed out. In the back, they come on dusk to dawn due to a sensor. He also did some wiring work on the front, I think to keep water out of that connection. He couldn?t get the front lights on a sensor, since there isn?t one on the front, so he set it on a timer for me. When it got to be 6:30 last night, still no lights. In 2 hours, he called me back and had attitude like crazy. ?I told you I couldn?t figure out how to set that timer. I got everything working.? I paid $159 to have those lights work. The front lights never came on last night. He said I should ask my neighbor for help, and I said I was tired of asking him and I'd hired a professional for that reason. He hung up on me and I called him back, and left him a message saying I was thankful for the work he'd done and hadn't even gotten to tell him that since he hung up. He's a wonderful person and a fellow veteran like myself, so I don't want to badmouth him, but I do want my money back since the work isn't done and he won't come back.

The service was excellent. They made an appointment at a convenient time for me, they called ahead to alert me they were coming and they arrived during the window. The install went quick, the installation looks very clean. The electrician was very professional and courteous.

Everything went perfectly. Arrived on time completed the work in about 40 minutes. Price was very reasonable so I had Ben look at and replace to GFR's for an additional $140. I think he should be at the top of Angie's list. Can't wait to tell my neighbors!

He was professional, prompt and knowledgable. I explained what I wanted/needed and he took it from there. I felt very comfortable while he proceeded to do the tasks.

I bought a deal for an exterior outlet install. The outlet will be used for landscape lighting. I bought the deal on a Sunday night and was contacted by them within a few hours to schedule service. They were able to get it scheduled within a couple of days and was able to come out to my home late afternoon once my wife got off work. Scheduled the install for 3pm on a Friday afternoon and they showed promptly at 3pm. No waiting around is always a good thing. They installed the outlet exactly where I wanted it just behind an existing inside outlet. They installed a GFCI outlet and plastic waterproof case for just a few dollars more than I would have paid if I did it myself but I don't trust myself doing electrical work. He finished within 45 minutes and it looks and works great! I just received a follow up email from them thank me for my patronage; we will certainly be using Copper Creek in the future. Excellent work and Professional service.

Ben arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Explained what he would be doing so that I could shut down or off items like dvr's computers, etc. He proceeded to accomplish all work in a professional manner. He even went above and beyond and made safe a circuit that was apparently left unsafe, either by the original contractor or the previous homeowner. The provided estimates were very reasonable and Ben even made suggestions to accomplish the desired electrical work in amore efficient and cost effective manner. I was so impressed that I requested that he schedule the desired work as soon as he could fit it into his schedule. The follow-on work was accomplished in the same manner as described above and is even better than I had envisioned. I highly recommend to use his services and will myself, if I have need of further electrical work in the future.

The Electrician arrive at scheduled time and worked for over 2 hours labeling panel and pointing out possible problems and provide quote for repairs. After reviewing quote I decide to have him replace panel at a very good price. He came on Saturday and successfully replace panel and relabling He is very professorial and got the work done in a timely manner. I will certainly use the company again as needed

I bought a deal for $89 to have Ben Trebing of Copper Creek Electric come to my home on 8/28/2014 to prepare accurate labels for my electrical panel and do a safety survey. Ben arrived on time after calling ahead to signal his arrival. His survey for my electrical panel was very thorough, and I could not be more pleased with it. He also found several items that did not meet either current electrical code or safety standards. I paid him an additional $100 to purchase and install 3 GFCI outlets in my kitchen and bathrooms. Before Ben started his survey, I warned him not to hit his head on an old, unwanted receiver from Dish Network still mounted on my house near the electrical panel. I told him that I should have long ago taken it down. When I came out a little later, Ben had taken the dish down for me! Ben is very easy to understand and also easy to map out the work. I will be calling on him in the future. -Barry

Mr. Trebing did a wonderful job of installing the security lighting outside. In order to do that, he had to crawl through a very, very hot attic in the Texas heat. He was very professional and courteous and cleaned up after himself. I plan on using his services in the future.

I met Ben Trebling while shoping and taking in lunch in Spring. I had asked him his profession and he told me he was in business for himself as an Electricion. I told him I was in the need for and electricion as I was having a sprinkler system installed and needed an outside plug. All 4 Estimates suggested I would need to have this done myself. I aked him if he would like the job and if he could do it on Sunday. He was in town visiting for the weekend and said he would have no trouble answering my need. He told me his Company would go where ever needed in Texas. He came over promptly on Sunday Morning June15th and Installed my needed outside plug. I had a couple of other needs as he was there and he was happly solve all of my problems. I will be happy to call Ben at Copper Creek Electric the next time I have a need. He was frendly and explained everythig as he was doing it and not caring that I was there asking questions. The price was right and fair,which was also great.

I live in an area where the power goes out quite often. I have lost a TV and a couple of computers to surges. I have purchased many surge protectors over the years and have even lost equipment that was supposedly protected by them. When I contacted Copper Creek Electric, the technician I spoke with offered several solutions to my problem. Mr. Trebing promptly showed up at the scheduled time and was very knowledgeable about the available options and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each. After he inspected my home and situation, we finally settled on a whole home surge protector that offered an excellent guarantee on any damage caused by power surges. I never felt pressured to go with the most expensive option, instead I was given an honest opinion and chose to go this route. In addition to the surge protection, I had Copper Creek install 2 new dedicated 20a circuits in my garage so I can run all my toys at once. I was very impressed with the attention to detail.on the install. The outlets are placed perfectly and level and they ensured the entire area was spotless before they left. They even noticed that I had a novelty plate on the one existing outlet in the garage and made a special trip to the local builders supply store on their lunch break to get matching ones. Very impressed with Copper Creek Electric. Friendly and professional attitude with honest and up-front pricing. I will definitely be calling them for all my electrical needs. Thanks Copper Creek!
