He was a very nice guy, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I am having them install a new outlet and running a cable for the computer. The electrician has done what he said he would. He showed up on time and called before coming out. He has been very efficient and scheduling the deal was easy.

Ben was delightful. Professional, respectful and a master electrician too! I will use him again in the future and recommend him to my neighbors!

I was so impress by his work ethic. He continually worked without stopping, and communicated information about electrical codes in an understandable way. He will be returning next month to move bathroom wiring. Looking forward to working with him again.

Ben was punctual and very through in explaining my electrical system to me. He did not try and sell me additional services that I did not need. He did explain the types of services that he provides when necessary and I will definitely call him when I need an electrician.

The work was good. I did not have to pay extra for the service. They came out two weeks later after the purchase was made.

They were here for under an hour. The gentleman who came out was very kind and informative. He knew exactly what I needed. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

After paying for this service and filling out a scheduling request from the company, I noticed that they did not service the area where I needed them to. I was in the process of sending them an e-mail when they called me. They were extremely nice and understanding, and told me if I had any problems with my refund they would be glad to vouch for me. If I ever need electrical service in my area where I live I will definitely call them!! Then when I called Angie's List you were so prompt and courteous. Thanks, Angie's List!

Outstanding professionalism!! Not only provided outdoor lighting, Ben fixed a ceiling fan that another electric claimed was broke. He also fixed a bad outlet in my hallway and worked with my husband on tracking down electrical issues concerning his 30x50 shop. We will being adding power out to various building on our properly and adding additional lamps on the property later this year...Ben will be the first person we call! Outstanding service and will recommend to anyone needing any type of electrical assistance/service.

Arrived on time and completed the new wall plug within an hour. He had all of the necessary material on his truck. After a short drive to the second location he again completed he job within an hour. I had the security light that needed to installed high on the outside of the building. He did supply some material which provided a better instillation than the previous light. All went well.

Ben was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. He hung both front lights after waiting for them to come in from electrical supplier. He also re-hung my dining room light fixture, and checked my smoke detectors. He was very polite, professional, friendly, and I would recommend his services to anyone. I plan on using his company again next month to install lighting. I am very pleased.

Great experience overall. Very punctual and communicated exactly what they would be doing. When they arrived at the house we discussed the layout and agreed that 4 lights wouldn't be enough to balance out the house. He wasn't pushing to sell additional products but provided his professional opinion. Only took him a couple hours to get the job done and everything looks great. I am going to have them come back and do some additional electrical work.

Start to finish a wonderful Big Deal purchase. Ben was great, knew what he was doing and worked fast, too. He had enough time when done to look over a light switch Fineline Construction installed incorrectly. Ben was able to see it had been wired incorrectly and fix it for an addt'l $60. Will use Copper Creek Electric again!!!
