From our initial contact to the work being performed, we could not be more satisfied. Ben came and gave us an estimate after which his wife, Kelly, called to schedule the appointment. She called back yesterday to confirm the appointment for today. She also called us today just to let us know Ben was on the way to our home. From the time he arrived until he left, he worked tirelessly to perform all the requested work. He was friendly, courteous and very professional and did an excellent job. We are so happy and satisfied with the job he did and will definitely call him again for any future electrical work at our home.

It went very well. We are very happy with the finished product. He was very helpful and made the extra effort to make sure I was happy with the product I received. I highly recommend Copper Creek Electric's services.

CANCELLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE OUR APPT. WE'VE ASKED FOR A REFUND

Workers were very late, but I got a call just before the original appt time saying they would be late with a new estimated time. That time also came and went, but finally they called and arrived almost 4 hours after the appt time. Fortunately this worked fine for our schedule, and I would rather that than have rescheduled for another day. The guys were very nice and didn't act put out they were working so late. Other than the late arrival, everything went very well. Dave replied to several texts before our appt to verify my plans for the chandeliers would work. That was very refreshing!

It was fine. It was an excellent quality. They had prompt service. They were on time. I had really no complaints. I would use them again in the future.

The house has been needing an electric outlet in the front, so we purchased the Big Deal. Scheduled an appointment. Ben was there on time, asked where and why we wanted an outlet installed, and made suggestions. Got straight to work after that, had it done pretty quickly. Cleaned the area after he was finished. We were so pleased with the work that asked him to install another outlet on the other side of the house. All in all, he's a great electrician. It's a a small business, so his availability might be an issue for some, but we only had to wait about a week. More than happy to support an honest and professional small business like Cooper Electric.

The install went great. They were prompt in their contact and appointment setting, punctual and flexible on arrival time, fair in pricing, knowledgeable at their craft and nice people to deal with. I am planning to use them again.

He was really really great! During the inspection he even fixed something he didn't need to and didn't charge us. He quoted me $1600.00 to replace my whole electrical box and it was $400 more than another company but I had such a good feeling about him I decided to pay the extra $400 and have him do the work.

It went very well. The technician( Ben Trebling was very professional. I had a celling fan installed in our big bathroom upstairs. he had to go up to the attic to install a new connection to put in the celling fan, and he then put in the new celling fan. What I was impressd was the original ceiling fan that I bought for this installation was not working correctly, he notified me about it, and we put in one that I had as a backup, and did a great job of it. Ben was very patience & did a great job of cleaning up, afterwards. Their were some extra parts that I had to pay for, and the price was very reasonable. Robert

For some some reason, he failed to show up for the agreed first appointment. No message in advance or even afterwards. I had to contact him again reminding about the missed appointment. When I specified another date and asked for another appointment, there was no reply. He just mailed me half an hour before his arrival and just showed up!! As far as the quality of the job is concerned, he didn't have the actual surge protector with him and had to scurry to Home Depot to purchase it. Job didn't take that long for him. However, I am far from satisfied with it due to a lack of attention to detail in the job. He didn't bring any ladder with him for the work, and went on to mount the surge protector upside down below the main panel. The surge protector itself is mounted in a crooked way that its wall/face plate is not flush, which has resulted in a not so small gap in between. Recently a friend of mine asked if I installed the surge protector myself. When I asked why he thought that way, he said it doesn't look professional and somewhat looks like a hack job!! Well.. I don't want to say anything further!!

They showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. They cleaned up after they did the work and they were very courteous. We would definitely use them again.

We scheduled a day and within the quoted timeframe he called to give me 30 minutes notice. He arrived on time and completed the installation of the new outside electrical box in less than 45 minutes. This was an Angie's list deal and there were not any additional charges. Ben was very personable, professional, and efficient in his work. I asked him if he normally charged by the hour or by each part of the job (drop a line, install a box, etc.) and he said he charges by the hour plus parts. I definitely plan on using Copper Creek Electric again and recommend them to other Angie's List members.

Bought a couple of the Big Deals for outdoor electrical boxes. Ben installed those exactly where I requested with no issues. I also asked for an estimate to get the main gas line grounded in my attic (due to flexible gas lines I have). He gave me a good price and was able to do the job right then, I would certainly give him a call for any future electrical needs.

They didn't initially contact me. I had to call Angie's List to get their contact information. They scheduled an appointment twice and did a no call no show both times.

Ben did a GREAT job! Scheduling in general was very easy and I had to reschedule. Copper Electric was flexible. Ben called me 30 minutes in advance to provide his time of arrival. Very professional, nice. Installed my ceiling fan. Took the time to make sure it was balanced. Left everything cleaned up and in order. Would use him again and I highly recommend Copper Electric.

It was quick and easy. I haven't had any problems with my home electrical system. We did have one sudden power loss and the power came right back on. None of my circut breakers were effected by the surge of returning power. I'm not real sure of the date of service.

Purchased through the angie's list coupon. It took a while to get it scheduled, but it was worth being patient. He worked fast, efficiently, asked all the right questions to understand what I wanted; and completed the work under the time estimate. He gave me a written estimate for a breaker panel update that was very competitive. Also, as far as a personal interaction, he was very down-to-earth. I'd definitely hire again.

They told me upfront they are busy and understaffed and wouldn?t be able to schedule until the following month (which would have been in February). They called and cancelled twice, and I called once to rescheduled. They were supposed to be here between 3-6 yesterday, but were a no call no show and called me today after leaving two messages and said they wouldn?t be able to come out, so I requested a refund. There is no one there live to answer the calls during the middle of the day, so you have to wait for the technicians to be done with their jobs to hear back from anyone.

He was a down to earth guy. He replaced the box in a timely fashion. He was very cordial.

We thoroughly shopped this project before choosing Copper Creek. I met with and received quotes from 5 highly-rated electrical service companies on Angie's List. Copper Creek was pretty booked up when I first made contact to request an on-site visit for free estimate, but his prices were low enough that it made sense to wait an extra week. These were the deciding factors that led me to choose Copper Creek: - very quick response to all of my phone calls and texts. - Ben is a licensed and certified Master Electrician, he knows what he's doing and has plenty of experience - Copper Creek's estimate was about 30% less than the next lowest quote we received - during my initial meeting with Ben I felt confident the final price would be as quoted - after meeting Ben, I had no problem leaving him at our house all day while I was a work, whether just my wife and kids were here, or nobody at all Our job took longer than Ben had originally expected - there were a few electrical surprises in our attic. Nonetheless, Ben took care of everything, no complaints, no extra charges. He got the job done, everything we had agreed upon at the outset of the job. The final price was the original estimate. I will absolutely call Copper Creek, the next time we need electrical work done. **If you're the type of customer that lord over the service provider the fact that you're an Angie's List customer, threatening bad reviews if they're late to the job, and that sort of nonsense - you should not use Copper Creek Electric. Call one of the larger companies that have more manpower and are more able to service a##holes, such as yourself.

Ben did a great job finding our problem. We had an inspection for selling our house and a few of the outlets were not grounded properly. Ben showed up when he said, was very professional and courteous. The communication before and during the process was great. I prefer using the local guys to support the community and the small businesses in our area and you can't go wrong with Copper Creek for your electrical needs. I would recommend and use them again for any of my other electrical needs. Thanks Ben.
