I couldn't have the outlet installed where I initially wanted it because of my window and fireplace. Had it installed in another location. Work was done well.

They are fabulous. I am trying to book them for my daughter's house. He is so nice, quick and thorough. He has been an absolute joy to work with. I ended up paying another $200 because he had to go buy some other lights. So it was $159 plus another $200. He had to go to the attic for that one. He is the only one I will use.

This was the second time that I have Ben worked in my house. He always gives a call when he will be at my house and always punctual. He stopped the clock when I needed to run to get some parts and he is honest and professional. I really recommend him whenever you need to do electrical stuffs.

Ben called ahead of his arrival and was on time. Before starting work he put out drop clothes to catch debris (My Wife was very impressed with this) and reviewed with us exactly where we wanted the lights installed, and how they were to be operated. The installation was efficient. He cleaned up the area when he was done, and provided us a quote for some additional work we are considering. This work was done on an Angie's List deal, two hours of labor for $99.00. He did not charge for the small amount of wire and wire clips he used. I am really impressed with Ben and recommend Copper Creek Electric highly.

Don was excellent. He was on time, he is very personable, he is very knowledgable, and he performed the work quickly and professionally. I would use him again whenever I have an issue with electrical problems. He provided options to my 85 year old mother in law, since it was her house she needed to make the decisions. However, Don was very patient in explaining everything that had to be done, why it had to be done and the best and least expensive way to do the job. He cleaned up the mess afterword and you could not even tell he was there. The lights look great and I'm sure she won't have an issue with no lights in the kitchen again. Also, Don noticed a safety issue with a electrical plug in the garage and he made suggestions on how to fix the issue. We were very appreciative of his attention to detail and his concern for the safety of the system. He fixed the safety issue and it was not expensive to do the work. Again, I can not say enough about how GOOD Don was in doing the work. I will call him again when I need some electrical work done.

Scheduled time two weeks after first contact. Was punctual and friendly, but had too many appointments to follow up as discussed. He evaluated the outdoor flood lights and indoor timer, as well as an indoor ceiling fan with remote control. We agreed that we would purchase the replacement outdoor light sockets and he would purchase the indoor timer, then reschedule in about two weeks to install. This never happened.

Ben did a great job installing the new electrical panel along with the additional circuits and outlets. He was very professional, worked extremely hard over 2 days, and was very easy to communicate with. The job took longer than anticipated, but Ben never complained. Ben also pays attention to the details, and it shows in the quality of his finished work. I would definitely hire Ben again and suggest you do too!

Scheduled an appointment for 6/13, they never called to say they were running late or would need to reschedule. Wasted afternoon hanging around and very unprofessional.

Excellent experience. I purchased the coupon for 2 hours of service. Ben arranged the time 2 days out and then called an hour before he was supposed to arrive. He wanted to make sure he understood everything I wanted to have done so he could have the appropriate materials in hand and would not have to leave to get anything and make the most of the 2 hours. He was quick and efficient and very polite. He cleaned up very thoroughly after himself. I am very happy with the work he did and will use him in the future for electrical needs. The cost I listed is more than the coupon due to materials and an extra half an hour he stayed beyond the 2 hours at my request.

After some difficulty with scheduling and communication, Ben arrived to install our ceiling fan. He needed to wire power to the outdoor patio (as we did not have an existing light/electrical box that the fan could be connected to). This required he go into the attic and create a new box for the patio ceiling. He answered my questions about alternate options for installation clearly and patiently and explained that going through the attic (instead of along the exterior brickwork) would be cheaper. In spite of how labor intensive this project was, Ben was efficient, professional, and worked very quickly, completing the job in about an hour and half. Although it took about 6 weeks to finally get him out here, I was pleased and impressed with his professionalism and the quality of the work.

Ben was on time and very personable. He is the owner. After he was done with the chandelier he asked me what else I needed done. I had purchased a special for two hours of electrical work and he had to remind me that I still had time! I will definitely call on him again. I like to support family owned businesses.

He talked to me about the dimmer switches in my house and why they tend to break. He said that it would cost less than the 99.00 to replace the dimmer switch, replaced some old light bulbs. He looked at the breaker panel as stated and gave an estimate that was lower than other estimates that I received. It was a pleasant experience.

This company is excellent!! We bought an Angie's List Deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor. We sent a message to them via the Angie's website and heard back almost immediately. Due to extenuating circumstances, we had to schedule our appointment over a month out. On the day someone was scheduled to come out, I sent a confirmation email through Angie's message center again. Once again, we received a quick response confirming the times that were originally agreed upon. Ben arrived at our home soon after the time window started. He is very pleasant and professional not to mention accommodating! We walked him through all the projects, he asked us what our priorities were and started on the first task of hanging the light fixtures. I can't say enough about him! He worked very hard, but was also very personable. Even though we gave him more projects than the 2 hours allowed, he still finished everything we asked. We offered to pay for the 3rd hour, but he refused. I have had several electricians come to the house, but this is by far the best, most reasonable company we have hired. The work was done well and the price was extremely reasonable. He gave us an informal quote on another project we wanted to do in the kitchen, and we definitely plan on hiring them again. As far as we're concerned, this is our go-to electrician! HIGHLY recommend!!

Loved the service. Very professional and upfront. Had to do some drilling through a few studs to replace an old land line phone jack and put in a new USB with regular outlets in. Gave estimates on other ideas we had. Will use again for sure when we decide to do our next update!

He was on time, presented himself well. He did a WONDERFUL job! All 4 fixtures were replaced within the 2 hours of the deal I bought. He cleaned up before he left. I will definitely use him again--as soon as I figure out the 5 fixtures!!
