The work we needed to have done was in the crawlspace of our 80 year-old pier and beam house. The plumber we first contacted, Jack at Forest & Wiliams, doesn't do crawlspace work, so he referred us to Jeff. Jeff was very responsive on the phone and scheduled time two days later to come visit. Rather than charging us a separate fee for an estimate of the work, Jeff came fully prepared to do the work after we approved the estimated charges. Jeff called before his scheduled arrival to let us know he was on his way, and he arrived right on time. His estimate was right-on. Jeff and his colleague were very professional and courteous, cleaning up after themselves and even trying to work quietly so as to avoid disturbing our baby's sleep. The cost of the work was cheaper by $700 than the plumber with our home warranty company had estimated. We're very happy with his work, and we'd recommend him again.

They were referred to us from another company. They came out and gave me an estimate (which was 20-30% less than others) and I scheduled them to do the work within two days. Work entailed removing toilet, removing existing broken toilet bend line and replacing it with a new one and resetting toilet. Half of the work was in the crawl space which was not easy to get into. Jeff and Jeremy were prompt, friendly and fast. Their estimate was spot on, it took quicker than anticipated and they cleaned up after themselves.
