J J FLORES ROOFING

I had the exact same experience that others have with this outfit. I have two properties that need roof replacement. They don't want your business or even care about potential customers. They give you the run around, especially some guy named Robert (Martinez I think). If he is the one running that business, then they won't be around much longer. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with JJ Flores Roofing.

Did not - 5 calls - no reply. Evidently, they don't want my business. Be careful not to confuse with JM Flores, also a roofer. I had them do work 3 years ago, have problems, 5 unreturned calls, 2 times no show for repeat work. They MIGHT be 2 roofers out of 30 in Laredo I would trust, Neither of the Flores would be one of them.

They came out and took some measurements. He was very nice. He came over and brought a worker. He went up to the roof and measured. He explained everything about his product and what they would do. I was very impressed and he asked for my e-mail address. I am expecting the bid this afternoon. He said he would start the work on August if we accept the bid from him. He knows his product. He explained how he would bring his machine over and how the metal roofing would come and with the machine with the press to the desired texture that we wanted here on site. He is the owner of the company and came himself and I was very impressed with that. He greeted us very nicely and very professionally. He is excellent.

The man and his son were miserable! Do not do business with them under any circumstances! Once you hire these unprofessionals and you pay them for the mess they did, you'll never see them again! Absolutely no professionalism, integrity and disrespectful! I am amazed you have these con artists in your list! Their website is full of lies because they claim they are bonded and that they warranty their work, and they DO NOT!

It did not go well. It was not completely finished because he said they ran out of materials. They used our electricity for 2 days besides using their own generator.
