HOME INSPECTORS WANNA BE CONTRACTORS WHO COULDN'T PASS THE TEST. Here's one of them. This guy is out to make his money. And if he destroys a house with one of his over the top "inspections" all the better. The buyer congratulates him and hires him to inspect another one and he makes double the money. I have never seen such an outrageous report as he did. He didn't even get the square footage correct!! He claimed cracks in ceiling - there were none. He claimed doors didn't close - they did. 1960 wood cabinets without knobs - yea buddy that was the style. You pull them from underneath. Did you feel that? GFIs missing when they were in place. His reports are skewed, rude, and faulty. He looks for the minutia and zeros in for the kill. There were at least 2 dozen false claims on his report. Any idiot can tell if a roof or HVAC needs replacing. As an awarding winning historic preservationist I know what a place needs in the way of an inspection and IT DOESN'T NEED WALT RAMSEY. Hire a roofer, ac man, plumber, and electrician if you want to really know about the place you're buying. Stay away from this guy.
Description of Work: Have the house for sale inspected by licensed contractors. I didn't hire this guy, the buyer's agent did. I've seen reports from him before and was worried. He goes in for the unfair kill, making mistakes, stating mistruths. I have the report to prove it.
