Border A/C Techs Inc

My Electrolux glass stove top was on recall for the knobs. I called the Electrolux recall phone number and asked for someone to come out since it was on their recall list. I also asked if someone could look at my glass stove top since it somehow chipped in several places. They sent me the parts in the mail and sent a local tech from Border Techs. This is where the problems start. The tech came out and repaired the knobs and looked at my stove top like he was supposed to but said that he would have to call Electrolux and get back to them out my stove top. A month passed and nothing so I called Electrolux to find out the status on my stove. They said that Border Techs never got back to them and that I would have to fax Electrolux the invoice. I didn't receive an invoice since it was on recall repair. Called Border Techs to find out if Ramiro, the tech that came out to look at my appliances, could call or notify Electrolux. The "receptionist" said that he was busy and that she would find him and tell him to call Electrolux and call me back later on that day, this was on Friday. The weekend came and went and no phone call. Monday, I call Border Techs and when i began to explain the situation AGAIN to the "receptionist" she started to argue with me then hung up on me when i asked to speak to her manager. I called back and she said that she is the manager/owner then she said "i don't like talking to people who yell at me". I told her that I didn't yell at her and that I was raising my voice because she wouldn't listen and was arguing with me. Then she told me that Ramiro is so busy that he doesn't have time to get back to Electrolux. Then I told her that I would call Electrolux and tell them to never use them again since they are completely unprofessional and rude. She said "good i don't care what you think". P.S. Electrolux has been trying to get a hold of this company all day long and will continue to try until they do.
