Description of Work: my ac stopped working in Laredo's summer heat. Called the service guy he said he was going to come out. he shows up says its a coil problem so he cleans the coil. he starts up the unit and no cold air but he says he has to go to another appointment "it takes a while to get cold" . it didnt get cold so i call him again the next day he shows up. now its a problem with the outside unit. he says i have a problem with my high pressure value. he says he'll fix it. he puts tape on it!!!!! yea ...ac works for a day with the tape job. then it stops working i call again this time no one comes out. i tried to report them to state but since on the bill they only charged for a coil rinse state said i couldnt do anything. i end up calling gateway ac they come out and fix it. cost me another $165.

 + -1 moreGreat they came and stayed even in hard Laredo rain so the tenants did not need to go with out air.
Description of Work: Had rental unit A/C go out on 6/1/10. Thye came and put in the same day.
