It was great. He called me and let me know he was on his way so I could make sure someone was here. He check the units to see what the problem was and checked the vents after adding the freon to make sure they were cooling. He did a really good job, I was extremely satisfied.

I called him and he came out the same day. He cleaned the filter and replaced. He is very quick to respond. He came even though he was very far away. That was doing us a huge favor. He is always amazing. He is incredibly reliable. He actually puts footies on and lays down a sheet to make sure nothing gets ruined. He is very fare on what he charges. He also cleans up after himself. I would highly recommend him.

Our heater stopped blowing warm air on the coldest day of the year so far. I was referred to Q-Service from a friend and called him early in the morning and he was able to fit me in the same day. He came and inspected my heating unit and found the problem was a relay switch, fixed the problem without extra parts in about 20 mins. His service fee is a reasonable $59 and his maintenance contract for a year is $69. Basically, he knows what he's doing, he's affordable, and professional. He's who you want if you're in need of heating or a/c repair.

Quinton was wonderful! Very professional and punctual. He explained everything to me step by step and I was very comfortable with his crew in the house. They even laid down sheets under the attic ladder so as not to track anything on my carpet. I have been through MANY A/C guys in the past few years but I will never call anyone but Quinton now.

Quinton, from Q-Service does such a good job! He is very thorough and has good sense. He is responsive when I call him, he will return my call within 30 minutes. If I need something done, he will be out here within 3 days. He takes time to explain things to me. I trust whatever he does!

I had a friend who was going through some hard times and I found out they had no air conditioning in the middle of June in Dallas. I called "Q SERVICE" as I've used his services personally for years)and asked if he could help them. It was late in the day, but he went there and worked 3 or 4 hours. He ended up making 2 trips to fix it completely, but got them air conditioning before the day was done on the first visit. I was happy to pick up the bill for these friends in need and "Q Service", recognizing the family was in hard times, only charged me for 1 service call and the cost of the part. It is nice to know that there are people that still care.

They are very clean, efficient and informative. I love their willingness to educate. My unit works a lot better, and there is a noticeable difference. Their prices are competitive. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future.
