Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

I called the company from a list obtained from Angie's List. I was asked questions about the size of the house and quoted a price and then I was asked to give credit card information which would be held until after the work was done. I said that I would prefer to pay after the work was done. I was promised that someone would come out within the next 10 days and that a time or day would not be scheduled. After the work was done a orange flag would be in the yard. Also there should be water available and on to flush the drains. I assured him that there is water in the front and back with hoses long enough to reach the roof. I got an invoice right away by email. This was on the 26 of June. The unsatisfactory work was done today, July 15.

I had a large amount of leaves and pine straw blocking my gutters. The guys did such a good job of cleaning them that I signed up for their three times a year gutter cleaning service. And the price was very reasonable.

They cleaned out the gutters and found some problems that need to be fixed. We need our house painted so we're going to wait until we get that done to fix the gutters.

They did a great job and were very reliable. ver been in 2 days. Very happy with service so far.

They performed the job well and I would hire them again.

I did not like the process from start to finish. I had them over for and estimate and when I called to schedule the service I was given an increased amount.
