Description of Work: I have this spot where water and soil is coming into my garage and without any better suggestion, I decided to try a foundation inspection to see what they could tell me. The day the technician came, a nice and very knowledgeable young man, it was raining and this allowed him to show me what was happening. Improper drainage from the gutters was causing water to pool up next to my house. No foundation issues were found which was great news, and the technician gave me some great advice on what I should do to improve the drainage and prevent foundation damage to the house and a nearby retaining wall as well. I could not have been happier with this experience. I hope I don't need it but should I ever have anything relating to foundation issues, this is the first company I would call.
