+ -1 moreTroy said it took two visits.. The client had not changed the filter and the unit froze up. Troy deforsted it, Checked everything and got it working again. All this, while I was on vacation in Ar. Troy has helped me mantain my rental property for 10 years now. I have complete trust in him to only do what is needed.
