+ -1 moreThey never quoted me a price. He then went to Ace Hardware and purchased a $5 part, came back, took all of 10 minutes to fix the faucet. Then charged me $250. Unheard of!!! I contacted Discover and filed a dispute. They refunded all but $25 which is there diagnostic fee. Will never use them again.

+ -1 moreThey call us when it's time for them to do their maintenance, they come over and do their job. We signed up for a plan where if we see anything they can come back for free, so it was $400 plan.
Description of Work: A Better Deal sprayed upstairs, downstairs and around the house for insects and mice. They can tell we have a rat problem still so they put in more bait.
