+ -1 moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TROPHY!!! She lies makes excuses and lies again. Said my appointment was between 12 and 5. Said they would call after the Kingsland job. Didn't happen. I took off work to be there. I was there at 11:50, checked my phone to find a message saying they were there waiting at 11:42 and gone when I arrived. She said she and her husband called me several times. She lied, phone records don't. She said, "Well, I don't control their schedule!" Oh really? Isn't that your job? Then she shouted something and hung up on me. I gave one star because you can't give zero!

Description of Work: They installed a new Carrier central heat and air system with a gas furnace. We had central air before but it was a heat pump package unit and we didn't want to go back with that type of system. | |KSR added a couple of ducts where needed and three new return air ducts to improve air circulation even with bedroom doors closed, etc.... KSR communicated along the way and explained things as needed in order to determine how we wanted them to proceed. | |The owner was on the job 90% of the time and his assistant was well mannered and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
