We did not pay them because they were extremely rude. We actually didn't even let them get started on the work. One of their employees insulted my husband and we sent them on their way. It was horrible. The first time they were fine. They were extremely expensive. They were on time and I would never use them again.

I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions none of which have been fantastic but they always managed to at least get the job done. They did however refuse to replace my sewer line a year ago claiming that it was the venting in the attic that was my true problem. Now we know that is not true.. This ultimately is not problem though. These guys are rude every time I have to call them out to house. This last time takes the cake. They came out to the house to snake my sewer line as they do every 6 months. Being in the process of buying an older home and build a business I had a bill from 6 months ago for them unclogging a sink drain that had not been paid. I did however tell them when they called I would have a check for both service calls upon their arrival. (with the home purchase we were not sure who was responsible for that bill) When they first arrived my boyfriend went to move his truck so he could get out for work in a few minutes and wouldn't be in their way. They apparently were afraid he was going to hit their truck. HE DID NOT HIT THE TRUCK. After the employees were done throwing racist slurs towards him they then approached my door and informed me that because I owed a billed 6 months out they were unable to do the work. At this point I was upset at the way they spoken to my boyfriend so I told them that was fine.. I told them I had the check for the previous bill and asked them to hold on one second so I could give it to him. He responded with I dont want your da** check stick it in the mail. Needless to say their racial slurs and lack of respect for anyone makes me want to caution anyone from using their services..

They are one of the few plumbers in town, but they are good because if they don't get something fixed the first time, they will come back out at no charge and make sure that it is fixed. They do good work, and they stand behind the good work.
