From scrubbing the oven, cleaning the ceiling fans, vacuuming and mopping, cleaning the bathrooms to dusting all of the knickknacks and putting them back in their proper place. They even changed the linens! Dolores and her staff went out of their way to talk and joke around with my relative, making her comfortable with strangers in her home. Well, they are no longer strangers because when Minute Maids left, my relative called me to say how pleased she was with their service and would like for them to come back on a regular basis. He showed up again on the dot and worked quietly and expertly within the confines of our HVAC closet. Completing the installation, he re-charged the system and tested it for leaks and cooling power. Two hot and dusty days later. The system is pumping out gloriously cool air. We would hire Cassal again in a heartbeat---highly recommended!"
