+ -1 moreGreat communication. He was running late, and Pam called to let me know. He kept me informed during the repairs, and explained how to prevent the issue in the future. Great company!
Description of Work: Handle came off door and could not figure out how to replace it. Kevin showed up as promised, made the diagnosis in about 10 minutes, and the fixed it in about the same time.
