Working with the gentlemen at Clear Creek Home Improvements was better than working with family!! They were prompt, professional, and caring about everything I said and what all I am going to need to update my home. I don't think there is anything you would ever need done in your home that they could not do for you ~ and all by men of integrity with Godly standards and outstanding work ethics. There is still much to do in my home, and I will definitely be using Clear Creek. I would be more than happy to provide a verbal, more personal reference should one be requested

We could not have asked for a more professional contractor and team. Kevin not only listened to what we wanted and needed he also had some very good suggestions that worked well for us. Our next phase on the remodel of our 30+ year old home will be changing the access to our laundry room and all new flooring and baseboards on the first floor and we are excited to be working again with Kevin and his crew.

This job was started by another contractor I had hired who did not fulfill his obligations, and the work done by that crew was nothing less than criminal. Clear Creek Home Improvements came in and fixed that had been done wrong and completed the remainder. They used exceptional subcontractors who were trustworthy, friendly and professional. Kevin stayed on top of the job, making sure that everything was getting done according to his very high expectations. This certainly lessened my concerns and worries about all the work. Kevin’s number one assistant, Nathan, was a great asset as well! I cannot thank Clear Creek Home Improvements enough for their integrity, attention to detail, their attitudes & their outstanding workmanship which allowed me to get my house on the market! One last comment Kēvin, the owner of Clear Creek, walks his Christian Faith Openly, but respectfully. If you are want or looking for a truly good man to manage your Project, Kevin is your man!

Kevin was fantastic to work with. He listened to what I wanted, was very patient w/my change orders and his main goal was to make sure I got what I had envisioned. I felt I was always informed about the day's game plan. He went above and beyond helping me find the perfect fireplace for my space. At the end of each day, the job site was picked up and cleaned. If I made any changes, he made sure I knew the cost beforehand so no surprises. I am extremely pleased with my new kitchen, fireplace and floors. Highly recommend Kevin and will use again for my next home project.

This contractor was very professional, excellant work ethics. The timeline given was exactly as stated. New kitchen completed before Christmas. Remodel was beyond my expectation. Kevin was continuously monitoring remodel, very detailed oriented. He saved me from the mess the previous contractor left me in. I would hire him again with any of my remodel needs.

Overall, we were very pleased with Kevin and his team. We are quite happy with the final product. The work took a little longer than we thought, but that happens, especially when you uncover problems you didn't know you had. The guys who worked with/for him on this project were great.

Working with Kevin was wonderful! Long story short, we had a remodel gone wrong, and we hired Kevin in the aftermath of that. Our kitchen is now beautiful, everything was executed to top notch quality, and everyone was professional yet personable. We were beyond happy with the final result, and I completely trusted Kevin through the process. I’d hire him again without a second thought.

Great! Like all projects there were unexpected things just because you can't guess what's behind the walls or bricks or how something will look once you put it up, but Kevin took care of everything and communicated very well with us, gave us options and let us know up front what options cost. Several places he made things nicer just because it was "the right thing to do." I might not have noticed the details, but once they were done they really made it look great. Also all his guys were super nice, respectful and patient when my boys came out to watch. All his subcontractors were great too, like the electrician, gutter guys, etc. When Kevin said turn-key he was right, I didn't even have to sweep. It was great!

They showed up on time and completed the project early. Kept everything clean and were very friendly. They did not charge for anything extra that we did not need. Very honest and great company to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience with quality workmanship and beautiful updated home as the end product ! New tile, paint, countertops, refinished existing wood floors, removed existing walls, new cabinetry , new back porch with overhang, new raised roof , new master closet, etc..

Clear Creek Home Improvements ("CCHI") worked with us from the design phase of our outdoor kitchen through completion. CCHI was onsite every day during major construction and was attentive to every detail. Everything was completed on time and within the original estimate. We could not be happier with our outdoor kitchen, and will certainly use CCHI again for future projects that we have planned. I would not hesitate to recommend CCHI for any job in the categories listed in this review.

Clear Creek Home Improvements - Kee Gwyn contracted the labor and materials for our remodeling projects. He had the old tile floors in the kitchen and master bathroom removed using a method that greatly reduced the dust. He assisted in the purchase of the replacement tile floors, the backsplash in the kitchen and the countertops. He contracted the labor and materials to replace our wooden fence as well as replace some of the the cabinets in the bathroom. We were extremely pleased with the custom design of our kitchen island which now includes a place for our trash. We were able to upgrade our master bathroom shower as well as raise the shower head.

Kevin was easy to work with and everything turned out well. A wide range of services were provided from demolition to new finishes and any issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Everything looks great and we're pleased with the work that was done.

Everything went very well. Kevin responded quickly to any communication and made sure we were satisfied with the work done. Nathan, the main worker, was here everyday, on time and was always pleasant and easy to work with. The job took a little longer than estimated but that was mostly due to our changes and weather. We are very happy with the final outcome and we love our kitchen.

There was only one glitch on this large project and that was corrected the next day at no cost and no affect on the schedule. I felt completely aware of everything that was going on the entire life of the project. I actually was surprised at how quickly it went give that they were doing electrical, plumbing, tilework, and cabinetry. I appreciated that Clear Creek was sensitive to my budget and offered me solutions if I wanted to save money. Since my house is a historical home (82 years old) I wanted to maintain that look and not have an added on look. The design Clear Creek and I came up with achieved this and I believe it added a great deal of value to my home. My favorite aspects of the addition is the rustic wood floors, the beautiful lighting, the intricate marble tile work in the shower, the Silestone countertops, the custom cabinetry with glass doors and the custom garage door. I actually see cars slow down to look at the house now. It is a beautiful home and I am so glad I found Clear Creek to do it.

Everything about the project was perfect. Kevin and his crew were punctual and profession and honestly NICE people. They did exactly we wanted and we couldn't be more pleased!! We will be calling them again for future projects. We HIGHLY recommend!!

This is our second project with Kevin Gwyn, Owner of Clear Creek Home Improvements. That in and of itself should say it all - we wanted him back because he and his crews are so wonderful. It is rare to find someone who cares as much as you do for your project. The first time around, he did a complete 5-piece bathroom and bedroom redo, which is stunning. This time, he did a cedar outdoor kitchen structure that is 25 feet by 15 feet, and it is outstanding! He completed it last week and we used it this weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for. The detail that Kevin and his crew put into it was amazing. Everyone with his crews were kind to us, very clean, and always respectful that this was our home, not a work site. Sometimes in such a large structure, it is easy to build the big stuff, but forget the little things. Not Clear Creek! Even down to the outlets, it is beautifully done! The tongue-and-groove ceiling is absolutely beautiful, the lighting is so pretty, and the stain is everything I described, but did not have a picture for! I have always enjoyed working with Kevin, and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their project done right, on time, and beautifully done. Thanks Kevin! I am very happy to write a review for Clear Creek Home Improvement. I had a covered patio added to my home. I was very nervous about it because my home is only 7 years old and was anxious about tearing out brick and ripping parts off my house! I called several people for estimates and Kevin was the obvious choice. He was very knowledgeable about construction and responded to my call immediately. Others never called back. His bid was fair and included everything involved in the construction. If I had a question about something being replaced after being torn off my house, he explained everything they would do to make it right again. Everything is in the bid, electricity, gutters, roof, brick, sprinkler rerouting, paint, light fixtures, etc. and he even brought in dirt to put around the patio to even out the grade, including sod. He handles all the permits and inspections. He calls you or sees you almost every day to keep you informed as to the progress and what will be accomplished each day. All materials used for the construction were top of the line, no cheap discount materials!! His crew is prompt, professional and courteous. They came every day, 8-10 hours a day, until the job was completed. No work a few hours and leave, or work a day here and there. They arrived every morning at the same time. They cleaned up the patio and disposed of their trash (water bottles, pop cans, etc.) every night. They even worked every day during 107 degree temperatures. They are amazing. I am so excited and proud of my new covered patio/porch. It is beautiful and because Kevin is so professional, he made sure the roof of my porch matches the roofline of my house. It looks like it was included in the original construction of my house. I would recommend Clear Creek Home Improvement for any job you have whether big or small. Kevin is a Christian man who is fair and honest. You won?t be sorry you called him to make your dream project a reality! Thank you Kevin, Robert, John, John #2, Nathan and the entire crew ?

Kevin went above and beyond to help us design an addition for our house. He was honest, courteous and prompt. When issues arose, he was more than willing to help try and problem solve. Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances unrelated to the company, we were not able to complete our project as desired. When we are able to move forward with the remodel, we will definitely be back in contact with Clear Creek.

Kevin is an awesome example of a Christian man and business owner! Kevin did an excellent job of helping us through the project. We had never taken on a project like this before, and he was more than patient with us. It took us almost a year from the time we first met with Kevin to the time that we started the project. He was never pushy or frustrated with us for taking that long, he just stood by and made sure that all our questions were answered. The project itself took roughly 3 months, and some of that was due to bad weather and our bank. The biggest hassle with everything on this addition was with our bank. This was obviously out of Kevin's hands but he still helped us deal with them any way that he could. Whenever we felt that a mistake had been made in the work he was always available to check it out and have it fixed. We never felt that we couldn't call him with questions or concerns. He even found stuff that he didn't like the way it was done and would tell his guys to fix it.

All in all it went very well. The work spanned the holidays so there was some expected delays. When the tile in the bathroom was first installed there were some problems with the subfloor not being level. The contractor pulled up the tiles, re-leveled the floor and reinstalled new tile no problem. Workers arrived as scheduled and worked hard to complete the job. Some delay in getting the correct plumbing for the claw foot tub but they were able to side track another order that was not urgent and get us the required parts sooner than expected. That was great because it was the only thing left for them to do. We have been enjoying our new bathroom very much! The General Contractor (Kevin) was very involved with the project and kept good track of the progress. He was honest and kept us informed even with the bad news (delay in parts!). He was always available by e-mail, phone, and text. Both major and minor issues were discussed and resolved right away. I would highly recommend Clear Creek to anyone!

Perfect. Kevin was very clear on expectation and the process of the job. He gets back to you immediately. His crew is very friendly and trustworthy. Common language was " no problem", and "we can do that". I would highly recommend him as several people have requested hi number after seeing the before and after of our home. You won't be disappointed. Very professional from beginning to end.

For years I wanted to remove the patio cover in the rear of the house and have a garden room built. I contacted several companies that specialized in garden rooms but all they wanted to do is stick what looked like half of a double wide trailer up to the house. Not what I wanted. I wanted this room to look as though it was part of the original floor plan. I called Kevin Gwyn because I did some research and found him on Angie's list. Kevin arrived on time asked what I wanted, began measuring, sketching, remeasuring then said he would come back in a day or so and give me a quote. I will be honest here and say the quote given for the job was very reasonable and asked when could he start. My wife and I are very pleased, the project seemed to flow very well. After the room addition was completed I had some landscaping done in the front of the house that included flagstone and pave stone walls. I wanted a pergola built and contacted Kevin again for that and was done very well. Even the neighbors have complimented us on our selection of an Arizona pergola to highlight the landscaping.
