Their price was a little high, he's a little bit slow at the time that I was to get my bid but he's been very professional.

I had bought a foreclosure and needed some things done before I could move in. I was doing a WellsFargo 203k loan. I got 3 estimates from approved contractors. I was very impressed by Kevin, the only reason I did not choose to go with him was because the company I went with was very experienced in the 203k loan and the paperwork involved. I would not hesitate to call him for future projects.

Emailed then called. He emailed me back and said he was busy and would get someone out and/or call me in the next day or two. Never happened. As this is very common nowadays I have a new policy of not working to give companies my money. The sad part is that while it wasn't a huge amount of work, once our house is sold we are building a new one and need good companies to do so. If you can't follow through for the small stuff how am I supposed to trust someone for the big jobs? Moving on to the next company.

Kevin was very responsive to my first inquiry and came out very soon to give me an estimate. After meeting him and speaking with him in person about the job, I felt very confident in his work and decided to hire Clear Creek to do the job. There was an entryway between our kitchen and formal dining room that we wanted to close in, as well as add doors to the room to make it a formal office. The job took approximately a week, and I couldn't have been happier. They paid very close attention to detail, and everything exceeded my expectations. The communication I had with Kevin and the other guys was great, and all my questions were answered with no problems. The workers were polite, and left my space clean each day they left. The work speaks for itself, as you cannot even tell there used to be a doorway in the middle of the wall, and the trim/molding work is seamless. I will hire this company for any future home improvements!

I contacted Clear Creek through Angie's List and received an email reply from Kevin within hours. Kevin was extremely flexible with our schedule and agreed to an appointment at my house early Saturday morning in order to accomodate my schedule. His quote was prompt and fair. He also spent a great deal of time explaining what was involved in the remodel and how long the job would take. Since he was already at our house we took the liberaty of getting his opinion on a number of other nagging projects around the house. He was very patient and never rushed us. I really appreciated Kevin's professionalism. We ultimately selcted another contractor based solely on price. The contractor we selected will take significantly longer than the very efficient time frame we received from Kevin, who was going to subcontract out much of the labor. However, since we were not in a hurry we went with the cheaper quote.

This is the second time we've used Clear Creek Home Improvements and the job went very well. My expectations were once again exceeded. I had doubts that my back patio could be fixed with all the years of problems I've had with flooding and just basically falling apart, but Kevan had the knowledge and experience to handle the situation. The job was completed on time and at the price quoted. Everyone was professional, friendly and always kept the job clean. We are so happy with our new patio, new patio doors, new electrical wiring and a new sun room. We highly recommend Clear Creek for any remodeling job. We were so confident in Clear Creek we didn't look any where else for other bids and have other jobs lined up for him in the future.

I contacted Clear Creek about my gables and posts out front and when he was going to be in the area he did not have my phone number or address on him to contact me. After I sent him pictures of what was needed to be replaced I never heard from him.

Clear Creek Home Improvements went above and beyond our request, taking care of a few smaller things without any additional cost added to the original bid. They believe in customer service and proved it to me by sending digital photos on a daily basis so I could see steps taken to repair our house. Kevin stayed in contact with me to completion of the project, as I was living out of state. I would definitely use Clear Creek Home Improvements again. I was sold on Clear Creek due to the following: quick response, very reasonable bid and reviews of satisfied customers.

While I ended up not moving forward with the washer /dryer purchase and ultimately not needing the cabinet work, I had great communication with Kevin. Shortly after contacting Clear Creek via Angie's List I had received a reply to my request and we had quickly worked out the details and had scheduled to do the work just a couple days later. Like everyone else, I've had mixed experiences with certain companies that I have worked with on Angie's List, however the next time that I need to get a quote / work done at my house I will definitely contact Kevin and Clear Creek Home Improvements.

Kevin was great to work with. During the whole project, he would give me updates or discuss different options over the phone, by email, and through text. I really appreciated his instant communication. He's very professional and I would definitely hire him again. From the moment we purchased the house, we knew we wanted to make changes, especially knocking down walls. Kevin and I talked over the phone and before our scheduled appointment, I emailed him photos of the wall we wanted to take out and a short list of other projects we were considering. When we met for the first time, Kevin was incredibly professional. Right away, he started measuring and sketching the wall and taking notes of the surrounding rooms. Since it was a load-bearing wall, he also got into the attic to make sure of his estimates. After he we discussed the work for the walls, we talked about several other projects we were thinking of doing ourselves. He was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. He even offered advice on little fixes to the new house that we hadn't even considered! He's very aware and I felt confident I could trust him and his judgement. After a day or two, he gave us the estimate for the project, which landed perfectly in the price range we were expecting. He provided an itemized estimate with insurance notes and an overview of the project. Again, very professional. He pulled a permit from the city, and after about a week was able to start the project. It went super quickly. Kevin stopped by the project a few times, but his right-hand man, Zack managed the project. Zack was very nice and easy to talk to. I completely trusted him to do a great job, and he proved himself, doing quick, stellar work. The project timeline was probably about 3-4 days. It could have been quicker but they had to move a few electrical outlets, rewire them, and get them inspected by the city which added a few days. We payed with credit card, about 50% before the work had started and the other half after the work was completed. They put put a nice case on the opening as well and it looks GREAT! The house is so much more open now! Kevin, Zach and Clear Creek Remodeling are wonderful! I will recommend them to anyone who needs any remodeling work done.

Emailed the company and got a quick response. Set up an appointment time for a consultation, raced home from work that day to have nobody show up OR call to tell me they were NOT showing up.

From the date he made the appointment until the day he left, he texted or called me daily for updates as the project began.

We had Clear Creek Home Improvements remodel our master bathroom in December of 2012. They did a great job and built us a beautiful bathroom. A few months after the job was complete we noticed a small hairline crack in one of the sinks. We finally got around to contacting Kevin at CCHI in November 2012. Kevin came right out to take a look and said he would replace the sink at no cost to us. Kevin is great to work with and does beautiful work. We will definitely consider using Clear Creek Home Improvements if we ever have a need again.

Work started somewhere around the 13th of August and completed around the 15th of September. All and all it went fairly smooth for a project of this size. Dealing with the city inspectors a real problem sometimes getting the scheduling connected. Would definitely plan on doing business after the first of the year again have a lot of other projects to do.

Kevin laid out everything before starting the job so we knew exactly what was going to happen and what it was going to cost us and when we needed to pay for things. I knew what I could expect of Kevin and I knew what was needed of me. I was always able to get Kevin on the phone for questions or I could leave him a message and he would call me back within a few minutes. The crews showed up when they were scheduled to be here The framing got done on time the doors went in The bricks were completed on time The drywall and painting turned out great matched exactly all the existing colors and textures I would say that the crew that Kevin has and working with him made the whole job a great experience The framers, the brick layers painters are all true artists When they all finished and the job was done the site was cleaned up and you would not have known that there was ever any construction. We are extremely happy with the way the project turned out the quality and overall look of the finished product far exceeds anything that we could have imagined. We are really thankful that we found such a good contractor to work with us.

We interviewed three contractors and Clear Creek had the most thorough bid and was very customer service oriented. They met with us to look at the project and were very professional. We had a basic idea of what we wanted and they helped tweak the design to maximize the our budget and get the best finished product. We worked through a bank to finance the project through a construction loan. They worked wth the bank to become an approved contractor. They did a great job working with the City in obtaining all the permits, getting through the inspections and getting the final green tag. They were available to meet to sign documents and made all required submittl on time. Most importantly they kept within scope, schedule and budget. The project took approximately three weeks. The different trades were in and out as scheduled and very professional. Our house was built in the 70's so it comes with some quirks and they worked through it with a good attitude. They always kept us up to date on what was going on that day and what will be happening for the next few days. When we had to make a few design adjustments during construction, they did it seamlessly. My sister was home watching my son and she felt very comfortable with the workers. They finished up on time and handled the final punch list with no problems. They take great pride in their work and professionalism. They are very conscience of the budget and when there were opportunities to save money and/or enhance the design with in the budget, they will talk with us about it. They don't treat you like just a checkbook. They become personally invested in your project and understand the importance and your financial and emotional investment you are making in your home. They have worked a spot into our network and "circle of trust" and developed a long term relationship with us. They made things so seamless and not stressful which is great since I was pregnant during the construction. We are really enjoying our conversion. We have so much more room to expand and organize for our new baby. As a pregnant mom in the heat of the summer, I appreciate the extra storage and the ability to sleep in an super cold room without freezing out the rest of the family and thus not having a super huge electric bill. I have and will recommend this builder over and over. We have at least three more projects that need to be done and we will definitely hire Clear Creek, once the money tree grows some more money leaves.

Could not have had a better experience. Kevin and crew showed up early and completed the job early. The work quality was outstanding. Everyone was courteous and even helped move our furniture back into the living room!

Kevin worked miracles, now, I have a huge (16' x 12') custom designed wall unit! Without making this a long story, the man I hired to construct and install the unit walked out before he finished; what he left behind was poorly constructed and riddled with short cuts. I hired Kevin to finish it, correct the mistakes and improve the quality workmanship. Kevin was great, he agreed to finish it and correct the problems. Kevin is a professional. His workmanship changed the entire character of ?he structure. I left a message when I first contacted Kevin, he got back to me right away. We set a time for him to come look at the project, he was on time and took some measurements and the next day I had a bid. He thought he would finish in a day, but he ran into shortcuts and needed wood to correct the problem. There was more work not included in the first bid, and the next day I had a bid on Phase II which could not be completed until the and the panels were painted. This also included installing a bio-fuel fireplace. Finally Phase III was correcting the installation of a sliding door. He did a great job again. He even made a special trip to do an small extra job even though he was busy and leaving for vacation the next day. Kevin is dependable. He does a great job. He is fair.

It went fantastic. Kevin arrived on time to start the jobs and was there every day until completion.

It didn’t work out very well. I asked him for an itemized list of all the projects and he told me he was not going to provide me the breakdown or the cost rate sheet because it would probably eliminate him from the competition. He told me he would withdraw his offer. I was disappointed he wouldn’t give me the breakdown. I told him everything I wanted done but I couldn’t afford to do it all right now and I wanted to pick and choose what I wanted to do now. He was very friendly when he came out but we had to reschedule a couple times because he wasn’t able to make the first couple appointments. When he finally did come, he was on time. He wasn’t going to be able to start right away because he had other work to do. I won’t use him if he can’t give me the right pricing.

Mr. Gwyn and I were never able to connect for a home visit for him to gather info to make a proposal for my home remodeling project. I rescheduled once due to illness. He cancelled an appointment when he was unable to reach me by telephone to confirm, and later he cancelled a second time due to an injury and never called me back to make yet another apointment. I selected another contractor for the job.

Overall, I am satisfied with the job done by Clear Creek Home Improvement. Quick response to my call, arrival of worker on time, good job done on my garage and attic ladder. Very pleased with the job and would use this company again.

The job was exceptional. Kevin answers calls promptly and was very attentive to detail throughout the remodel. He was organized and all off the workers he contracted through were extremely professional and attentive to detail. They worked long hours to complete any requests we had and the workmanship was above our expectations. We would definitely recommend Clear Creek highly and use his services again on our next home improvement project.
