The service was affordable, timely, and effective. Our downstairs unit had stopped cooling, and their tech was in and out in less that an hour with our unit back to normal. They even arrived the same day we called.

Seth, the owner of Green Bull, LLC , came to preform the service. His truck was clean, as was he and he was dressed nicely / professionally - they wear green golf shirts. Seth was very punctual, professional, friendly and informative. Our outside unit was a bit dirty - and he explained the importance of having a clean unit for everything to function properly - in a new informative way without talking to me like as if I was completely ignorant and he was able to do so in a matter of minutes. Seth's knowledge was excellent and ultimately saves me money! When he came into the house to check the unit in the attic he was conscientious of my floors and walls which I greatly appreciated. The last service man tracked in dirt and grass from being on the side of the house and put his dirty hand print on my laundry room wall as he exited the attic stairs. Seth took before and after pictures so I could see for myself the work performed without going out in the heat or up in the attic. I had never been offered photo's of my AC cleaning before and I thought was a great touch! Seth is very thorough and informative as well as easy to talk to. After he had left I was able to explain to my husband what we had just spent money on - without having to use the blanketed statement - "the A/C guy came out today." I was also excited that I was able to pay Seth on the spot with my card instead of having to write a check or wait for an invoice in the mail. The service quality of Green Bull is AWESOME! I visited their website and was able to sign up for $30.00 off my AC service. The original price for the service is $170.00. Who doesn't love saving money? and for such great service! I gave a tip instead of taking the discount. I have officially found my AC guy! They're hard to come by and I am so glad that Seth will be around for a while!
