Description of Work: Customer service was great! The office tried to get a technician out same day but was unable but did call to let me know and they would be there the next morning. Technician was very nice and fixed what thought was the problem. Later that day I noticed that the air still was not keeping up to temperature. So I called office and the tech called me back right away. He came back after hours,which I was very appreciative because it was a Friday! And no extra charge.

Description of Work: Great job! Installed new A/C and furnace in our home. Professional, courteous and respectful. It made the whole experience of replacing your home a/c a little less painful. :)

+ -1 moreThey are very good. They are responsive and get the job done. The pricing seems fair but I don't really compare it to anybody but we just always use them. We have been using them since 1978. They are professional, knowledgeable and seem to really know what they are doing and what they are talking about. They are polite and courteous.

+ -1 moreThe new ductwork seems OK but needs air balancing, which Pand H did not do. A pile of dirt and crud fell out of each ceiling register as they removed the old duct. The crew was leaving, without cleaning up the mess until I pointed it out. Then they asked if they could borrow my shop-vac because theirs was on another truck somewhere. One of the guys stayed behind, I loaned him my shop-vac and he cleaned up most of the crud. I cleaned up the rest myself.
Description of Work: Replaced attic A/C ductwork.
