They are okay. I live in a master-planned community. When I first moved here, eight years ago, I did not have a choice concerning the service provider. Now, I do have choices, but it is just easier to stay with them because I have a bundle of services from them. I spend about $280 for everything. Their service has gotten better. I am not sure if it is just my phone or if it is them, but a lot of times, my phone goes dead. There are also times when it would not register my caller ID. As far as customer service is concerned, I have not had a problem with them. They have always sent someone out if ever I did have issues when I was at my other house. I recently moved into my new house. They have always been good about addressing my issues. They are not exactly the cheapest, but I do not think they are the most expensive, either. I will continue to use their services in the future.
