Coastal Irrigation did such an impressive job with the installation of my new sprinkler system that I hired them for my weekly yard maintenance. The things first impressed me with their service was the professionalism that they showed during the sprinkler installation. I've been even more impressed as they have done my weekly yard maintenance. 1) THEIR COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT for example - They always notified me well in advance if the work schedule needed to be changed (due to bad weather). They did an excellent job of spelling out the costs and benefits (which allowed me to decide what items I could cut out of my initial plan) 2) THEY RESPECTED MY PROPERTY for example at the end of each work day they cleaned up. They also took extra time to avoid tearing up my existing plants (which was not easy). 3) THE COST WAS REASONABLE. I actually felt like I got a real bargain because of the quality of service. 4) THEY KNOW HOW TO DO LAWN AND YARD MAINTENANCE. They do not scalp the grass. They know how to trim crepe myrtles (they cut the branch 1/4" above the hormone ring). I wanted my nandinas trimmed by cutting the tallest stalk at the ground instead of lopping at the top. They agreed to trim this way for me. They don't blow the leaves into my beds. Instead they either mulch into the lawn or carry to a leaf mulch pile I have in the back. (They would remove to the city mulch if I requested).

Extremely well. Kept me informed. Always on time. Work was done in a timely fashion. Workers were respectful of me and the property. Clean up was completed .

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job, starting with planning / suggesting what dead shrubs needed to be removed and ideas for replacements, followed by a speedy and professional execution of the plan. Our yard looks beautiful! On another visit they repaired a leak in our sprinkler system at a very reasonable cost!

Mike Yankacy did an excellent job for me. I had some delays in getting my sod and he was very accommodating. Made an extra trip out to calibrate the sprinklers after the sod was laid. He was patient with me when I needed some instruction on operating the control system.

Coastal Irrigation came over and fixed my sprinklers. I developed a leak during the freeze. They came the same day I called. My wife was so Happy!! Thank you

The crew was on site as per the agreed time frame. They procedeeded to clean the gutters, while some of the crew members started weeding, planting flowers and the finishing mulch. They also brought a person specializing in irrigation repairs who fixed a sprinkler that had been leaking for a while. The job ended with lawn mowing.
