Amazing service from a wonderful owner. Ruben responded to my desperate message that night, on a holiday weekend, and offered to come out the next morning on Sunday to rekey an entire house and garage! He was on time, professional, took all COVID precautions whenever talking to or even near my family, and was so wonderfully polite. He explained everything he was doing and why, charged an EXTREMELY fair price, and offered me some hints on what places burglars will look for keys (so don’t try to hide them there). He even repaired some prior damage from a deadbolt on a warped doorframe. I’m so happy that my parents are now safe with new keys and a deadbolt. Thank you, Ruben, and thank you, Anchor Safe and Lock!

Anchor Safe and Lock arrived immediately after I called them to let me in my home and car. They were very professional and their rates were reasonable. If I ever lock myself out again, I would definitely call them. My overall experience with this company was good.
