 + -1 moreAll-Area installed two air conditioning systems at our home in 2008 and we have been very happy with the units. One of the outside units stopped coming on and we called them for service. They could not come out until the next day because they were booked, but came out promptly at the scheduled time. Craig and his assistant came in and found that the problem was caused by a disconnected thermostat wire (probably courtesy of my dog.) They checked out everything else on the system and found that all was working well. The whole thing start to finish was done in 45 minutes. Good folks with good service at a fair price.
Description of Work: Repaired an outside unit that wasn't coming on.

 + 0 moreThey repaired a leak on one AC unit and repaired the wiring on one of my heat pumps. They arrived on time and completed their work within an hour and put up with my three overly affectionate dogs throughout the process!
Description of Work: I was assigned this vendor through my home warranty company. From the initial conversations with their office, throughout the actual service call, they were the most responsive, helpful, professional company that has been assigned to me by my warranty company. I would use them for service outside of my warranty, definitely.
