+ -1 moreAbsolutely the worst company in the metroplex. Extremely unprofessional and they are complete crroks that are only out to rip you off and steal your money. They came out and chraged us $350 to leave us with a dryer that did not work at all immediately after the tech left. When we called back they told us that the issue was with the vent not the dryer and tefused to refund us or even let me talk to the manager. We hired another company to come out and clean the dryer vent and they said its was not really dirty at all and definitely wasnt dirty enough to over heat the dryer. They completely lied and scammed us. We had to call out back and have them reclaim the charge for us. Not only will they never receive my business agian but the next time they hear from me it will be in a court room

+ -1 moreThe tech was very good in checking everything out. The compressor and motor and found that the electrical board was out. He return the following day and replace the board and waited to make sure that everything was working before he left. I would hire this company again for any of my appliances.

+ -1 moreVery quick and efficient and the work was done super fast! Andrew made sure that the dryer was working before leaving. The only thing I wish was that I received a receipt showing the work that was done, but other than that, we were very pleased.
