I found this company on Angie's List a couple of years ago. This is a great company - people are great to work with. I asked a million questions about shingles; they patiently answered all of them very professionally. They came when they said they would, did the work at the price quoted and did a great job. Also did a great job on the clean up.

Very good experience with them. Because of the volume of hail-damaged roofs, it was difficult to get some roofers to even agree to come give estimates. Mottco and one other roofer came in a reasonable amount of time. Mottco provided the best bid and then followed up with me. (The other roofer sent me a bid that was 30% (!) higher than Mottco's-and I never heard from them again.) Even though it took a long time to get my roof scheduled, Heather kept me informed as to when they would expect to do my roof. I had no issues with the time it took for them to get it scheduled. Once we scheduled it, the crew was at my house 30 minutes early. The crew leader was polite and informative. They started at 7:30 am and were finished (with everything clean and swept up) before I got home from work that night. The work is professional and it looks great! Because of the increase in the cost of materials this summer, Mottco's cost had increased since my original contract. They are working with my insurance company to get a possible supplemental payment-but they are honoring the original amount they bid for me. So, my final cost is exactly what they bid for me. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Mottco again.

They were very good, they did the job very quick, it was a quality job.

After the estimate inspection, we were told that they would do the work to replace the fascia, but thought it would be better if we went through a carpenter or framer. We appreciated the honesty and will use them if we have any roof needs in the future.

They came at the appointed time and did the inspection. Then came back when they said they would and fix the roof.

Mottco replaced our roof just over one year ago. I called Tuesday and asked that they inspect our roof for damage from a recent hail storm. They scheduled a representative to inspect the roof three days later. The inspection took place as scheduled. The Mottco representative called this morning from the roof to let me know that although he found dents in the vent covers, the roof itself is not damaged and there is no need for a new roof or any repairs.

They showed up bright and early and were completely finished by 2:30 in the afternoon. They seemed very efficient and friendly and almost a year later I have had no problems with my roof. They were my second lowest bid.

Very pleased. If god forbid, I ever need another roof, I know who to call.

Their price was fair. They showed when they said they would and finished when said they would. I will hire and recommend them again. They cleaned up well and there were no nails left behind. Very easy to deal with over the phone.

The Mottco employees could not have been more pleasant or professional. They showed up on time for the estimate and the work and gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. The price was very fair, and they didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need, which some other companies did. I received reminder phone calls about appointments and a follow-up phone call after the work was done. The repair appears to have completely fixed the problem, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Mottco.

They were good, they showed up when they said they would and they were very clean. They were also very good with their prices. I have had them out more than once before and they have always been good to me.

Excellent. They came out promptly to give us an estimate and actually told us that our roof probably had a little life left in it. Two months later, and after all the rain we've had, we saw a little drip in the bedroom and decided now was the time to have the work done. Mottco scheduled us for the next week and, although they did a few days later ask us to reschedule (postpone) until a day later because some other jobs didn't finish on time, they were very professional and gave us ample notice. The job itself was completed in one day, roof looks great, and they did a very thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. Cost was exactly what I was given on the estimate.

Examined roof, determined cause of leaks, gave estimate, educated me about options and later returned to do work. Replaced agreed-upon boots for estimated price and even replaced a few shingles (no extra charge). Also gave me an estimate on three new replacement roof options and a guess-timate on age of roof and likelihood of when it will need to be replaced.

Mottco representative J.T. Vickers came to my house and gave me a bid to replace the flat roof (seven squares) on my covered patio and tie into my existing roof, which required several bundles of shingles. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I also got a slightly cheaper bid from another company but went with Mottco based upon my impression of Mr. Vickers. The job was delayed because of all the rain in July but they kept in touch with me, came on the first sunny day, and were through quickly and cleaned up well afterwards. Mottco has my highest recommendation.

It was easy to make an appointment. The roofer showed up an hour early, but called to confirm that would be okay. He was very personable and explained everything he was doing. When he finished the job, he said there would be no charge, and he offered to come back over and do some testing with a garden hose, if the caulking doesn't fix the problem. He also checked out the rest of the roof and gave me a bid of $400 to replace three bundles worth of shingles, where trees have rubbed against them. I had another roofing company over previously, and they gave me a very similar bid for that work.

Part of the job was covered by insurance. Very responsive in the research phase of the job. They gave me a number of address to look at the roofs and products for me to decide what I wanted.

They provided quality and professionalism from the first call to the last. They did a great job re-roofing our house in only one day; with superb organization, responsiveness, honesty, and helpfulness. If we had to re-roof another house, we would call them again.

They completed an excellent job of removing our old roof and we didn t find any nails or shingles in the yard. The new roof they put up was holding pretty well. We haven't had any leaks or any minor repairs made. The price was very reasonable and the crew was very professional, and got to work right away.

This was necessary after hail damage. It comes with a 30 year warrantee and the crew did a fabulous job. They completed the work in three days and cleaned up well after themselves.

We have no complaints about this job. The workmen arrived on time, worked long hours and tried to finish as quickly as they could. They had a very organized system especially while tearing off the old roof. This made the final cleanup at the end of the job a breeze for them. They used a high quality shingle for replacement which makes the house look ten years younger. They did an excellent job on our roof.
