Yes everything came out great explanations were to where we could understand, photos were taken and the letter where his inspection was written was just immaculate.

Shannon was very responsive and did a great job communicating at every stage of the process. His inspection was thorough, easy to understand, and he made himself available to answer additional questions post inspection. I high recommend GSI and I will absolutely call on them in the future.

Exceptional Service, Care and Attention to detail

Erik Bentz was outstanding. He inspected everything in the interior part of the home including the garage area, and in the attic also. Likewise, he inspected the sprinkler system, concrete driveway, exterior brick walls for mortar cracks, roof shingles, chimney, exterior electrical box, scoped sewage line. rear patio deck, rear fence, exterior faucets, gutter downspouts , and exterior lights for caulking seals seals. Extremely thorough inspection I observed while on site with him for three plus hours.

I used them 3 times on a new build. Very thorough, professional and provided detailed results that were easy for me to understand.
