Excellent work! Mark showed up on time and completed all the repairs, getting the system running efficiently again. He not only knows his craft well, but was very considerate answering my many questions. If its busy season, he is so worth the wait!

Mark finished the job immediately before mine earlier than expected and called me and was able to come sooner than expected. Quickly diagnosed my problem and he replaced several feet of pvc irrigation line and one control valve, and then tuned up my entire system, cleaning multiple sprinkler heads. Very professional and polite; I will certainly call again when needed!

Mark diagnosed the problem quickly, found the valve box covered by grass and completed the repairs. I'll be bringing him back later to replace an aging control unit.

Wonderful. Mark replaced all but the body of the irrigation valve and we still had a problem. He finally found the problem at the back flow valve and repaired it as well. He told me on the phone that the charge for repairing the valve would be 95.00. His final bill was 100.00. I have the highest praise for his work as well as his charges. Excellent job. Showed up on time and fixed two broken pipes. Then walked the property and checked the whole system.

I recently had a xeriscape lawn removed and sod laid. The existing sprinklers did not provide adequate coverage and additional heads were needed. A zone also quit working and the water police were after me for daytime watering. I was concerned this would cost a lot of $ and scheduled several estimates. After speaking with Mark, my gut told me he was the right guy so I canceled the other estimates. Mark came by the next day, fixed the timers, and gave me a lengthy irrigation for dummies tutorial. He was able to complete the job a few days later for 1/2 the price than the other estimates. My landscaper also happened to stop by when Mark was there. He has since fired his irrigation guy and now refers people to Mark. I highly recommend Mark and look forward to working with him in the future.

Mark was very responsive in calling me back, was actually shocked at how quickly he returned my call as others never called me back... Mark arrived on time and ready to address the problems. He was extremely knowable on what needed to get done, and didn't waist time fixing the system. He was able to fix everything in about 30 minutes, which to me was amazing! I'm a firm believer that you pay for the service not the time, and he made the most of his. He replaced a couple of heads and adjusted spray patterns and volume to keep the water on my lawn, and given the size of my lawn wasn't easy. He instructed me on how to adjust going forward, which was a big help. Very nice and friendly and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone needing service.

Note, this is not the first job Bendele Services has done for us. Same excellent results on previous job. Highly recommend this provider. We discovered yet another crack in the drip line going around the foundation. Called Mark. Scheduled appointment to have the entire dripline dug up and replaced buried deeper. Also had previously discussed possibility of adding some sort of extended drainage from the ac drain pipe. Where we currently had a perpetual puddle. Asked Mark to fix that too. Also had noticed gutters overflowing when it rained last week. Mark came just as scheduled. Got right to work with 2 helpers, The dripline and drain were installed and tested. (Mark found a broken sprinkler head and replaced it too. Mark returned on 23rd with the equipment for the gutter so that was taken care of also.

We had recently moved into a new home and our sprinkler system wasn't working properly. I purchased the Angie's List tune up deal and were scheduled shortly after. On the day of, he showed up on time, fixed some wiring and replaced some heads. He set our system for the correct watering cycle and showed us how to use it. It now runs perfectly. We will definitely use again if any future problems arise. Highly recommend!

Mark had done some sprinkler repair recently for me and he did a great job. Since he builds sprinkler systems I asked him to build out a drainage system that was well over 120 linear ft with multiple grates in all areas of my yard because of the heavy erosion on my property. I had a few estimates and some were way high and others were in more in line but I gave Mark the job because I saw he took particular interest in getting things done right with my sprinklers. He also gave the best ideas over all as to how to tackle my problem. My new drains work great and my house doesn't get inundated with water anymore thanks to my new drains. I've never written an Angies list review but based on this job and the sprinkler repairs that he has done for me I really felt he deserves it. If he doesn't return your call right away don't give up because he'll get back to you eventually he's just real busy for obvious reasons.

Made an inspection of the sprinkler system. He was not prepared for drip type sprinkler heads. Replaced front flower bed sprinkler head.

He did an excellent job.

He is a perfectionists and does amazing work.

Our neighbor had said we had a head broken and water going down the street, but he found nothing wrong.

It went fine. Didn't seem really interested in helping me. The job was done very quickly and not very thoroughly was my observation.

Mark called promptly to schedule. Arrived right on time and got to work. Tested the system, inspected each sprinkler head and lubed some that were sticking. Replaced portion of drip line hose that was cracked. Set the timers for correct timing for automatic watering .Only extra charge was for the parts to repair. Great work. I am so happy have a new repair person for Mom's sprinkler system. Thank you.

Outstanding experience. Mark came over the same day I called him to give me an estimate and see what needed to be done. He immediately went to work. He found the source of a major leak that put my sprinklers out of commission last year. He had to chase the leak about 30 feet as he patiently dug up the yard. He found it and fixed it. He also replaced a valve and a couple of heads. Mark was very thorough and did great work.

Provider arrived on time, and was professional. He checked all the zones and then gave me a very fair estimate to fix everything. He had all the parts that we needed with him and was able to complete the repairs that day. I am completely satisfied with the repairs and would use this company again.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. Another leak opened up a few days after he left, and when I called, he returned and repaired that too with no charge.

I scheduled a visit with Mark about 2 weeks ago through Angie's List. He responded and we set a time to meet He arrived about 30 min early and spent a good amount of time looking over the work to be done and walking me through several scenarios and possible costs. We then agreed on his coming back on 02/18 at 9am to do the work. Mark and his employee arrived right on time and began work. They completed the work quickly and professionally.

Mark was prompt (actually arrived early) & checked the sprinkler system. Because I had reported a non-working zone, he quickly diagnosed the location of the problem, dug up the area & found the pipe had separated. He then replaced that section of t-pipe & checked the zone to determine that it was functioning properly. He replaced the dirt & displaced sod. I found Mark to be personable & I was very impressed with his expertise. I will most definitely contact him in the future if I have a problem with my sprinkler system. I highly recommend this company.
