+ -1 moreWent online to Home Advisor and selected Luke Vander Vort who was rated 5 Stat. He called within 5 minutes of selecting and was at my house in 45 minutes on a Saturday. It took him 30 minutes to unplug the line. He is knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. You don't feel you have to look over his shoulder. Not only did he fix the problem but I asked him to service my air and heating systems. He is NOT A Price GOUGER. I would recommend him 110%. Excellent service with a pleasant personality. Would trust him if I wasn't in the house.
Description of Work: Plugged air conditioning condensation line to house drain. This caused the emergency overflow to drain to the patio with a constant stream of water. I had called another service to come out previously and they failed to unplug the line. They said I would need to have the line rerouted to another house drain access point. Initial visit was $125 and a Quote of $450 to reroute the line. Total would have been $575.

+ -1 moreThey did very nice work. The price was great and they got started very quickly. I highly recommend and I will always use them for future A/C work. He came out, surveyed the problem and gave us a quote. I hade to finance and they provided it and it was quick and easy and a pretty good rate. The new unit and ductwork looks much better than what I had. The new unit was a Trane.
Description of Work: I had a 3-ton unit replaced. Both the outside fan unit and inside air handler. They serviced my 1.5-ton unit also.
