Excellent. They arrived on time and worked straight through. They cleaned the windows inside and out. Very pleasant, asked questions when required and didn't miss anything. Very reasonably priced, professional and great to work with. I would strongly recommend.

She did a great job. I was very pleased.

I called Rosa for an estimate on a weekly house cleaning for a 2 bed 1 bath condo. Rosa was very friendly and prompt, but the price she quoted for cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, and doing 1-2 loads of laundry was $130 per week. Seems a tad steep considering the fact that I didn't want her to do much more than load the dishwasher, scrub the tub and toilet, and do a few loads of laundry. I'm a full time student and employee and my husband works as well, but we can't afford that much. When I told her that, she reduced the price to $85 a week, but said she wouldn't be able to do laundry, which is what we primarily needed done because I can't keep up with it since I can't stay on top of it with as much as I work and go to school. I ended up not going with Rosa's service because I need someone who can do the service I need at a cost I can afford.

Rosa showed up gave an estimate for $130. Two days later I had her come by and clean. It was 2.5 hours. I paid her five bucks extra for an excellent job.

I was pretty much satisfied with them. They responded quickly. They did a very nice job. Their pricing was good. I was happy with that. They finished the work in one day. Everything looked good. I was happy with them. I got prices for few other things as well which were not that good.

She got here a couple of min late but ok ,she called me before to let me know not a problem.Rosa is a very nice lady she did aGreat JOB! She had another lady with her also polite as Mrs.Rosa they came and cleaned my home and finshed and left . I will use Mrs.Rosa again in the future.

Contacted Rosa off of Angie's list and she came by the next day. She gave us an estimate that was in the range we had expected. She and her daughters arrived the next day and spent approx 3 1/2 hours cleaning the house. We were very satisfied in the job done. This company is very thorugh and professional. Will use thier services again.

She is incredibly pleasant and competent. I am very very happy with the job she has done. She is not rushed, her daughter helps her out. She has been very pleasant and punctual. She is easy to get a hold of and handle. Her first deep cleaning it was a "Wow" experience!

Found Rosa Maria's Cleaning on Angie's list and glad she was in LaPorte, close to Highlands. Left a message on her voice mail and she returned my call the next day. Set up an appointment for her to come out. Rosa is a very lovely Lady. I told her what I expected and we came to an agreement on price for 2 days work. She arrived with her daughter on 5.28.2010 and began to take charge.She took 3 pair of curtains down and I washed and dried. They began wiping down the walls not by hand, but with a gadget they had, I'm not sure what to call it. They worked good together as a team. I believe everything was moved and vacuumed under/dusted. Overall, they did a swell job. However, in my opinion, I think it was too much work for 1 day. I know they were getting tired and wished they had come back another day to finish. Rosa asked me to inspect and I told her I would over the next couple days. Their were a few minor things, but nothing to keep me from having her back.

She does a fantastic job, is completely trustworthy and professional, and will customize the cleaning according to your needs and the size of your home. She is careful to protect your things while cleaning. This is the third time that Rosa has cleaned my house, and I feel completely confident in her and her work. Your home will sparkle when she is finished. She cleans offices as well, and is bonded and insured.
