We have been using Lynn since we bought our house new in 2010, every summer they have come out, they have had to come back a second time to fix the same issue...but usually after the second call it is fixed for the year. This time we called them out and they show up quickly always (which is a plus) they were there for several hours, filled the freon, changed my programmable thermostat to a cheap manual thermostat, replaced one part, then decided another needed replaced and another, then the needed to replace the main board (I think that is what it is called) and it had to be ordered so they were coming back the next day. They showed up as said the next day and took a few more hours replacing the board....then left. I asked for my old thermostat because I had a feeling it was not broken as it was working fine before they got to my house (but I never got it back...apparently they lost it) I will also mention there were 2 different altercations of yelling and cussing between the two men working...once inside my house, and once in the front yard...so loud I could hear inside my house. Well, day 3 rolls around and we have the same issue, so I called Maxx AC out to look and they figured out in 10 minutes it was the board on our 2nd unit, and had to order the part and come back. He also tested my freon levels and found out that we are overcapacitated with freon by over double on both units and it could have burned up our unit...so I had them empty freon. They came back the next day and had the board fixed in a matter of 20 minutes. They also did a full ac check to make sure there were no other issues with my ac. End of the story I got a bill from Lynns for over 900 dollars, $150 was a charge for a new thermostat (which I looked up online and it is no more than $40.00 at the most expensive place, I still don't have my original thermostat that probably wasnt broken), $150 for freon that I didn't need and could have messed up my unit, then a bunch of labor. Now I am not a expert, but it did not seem to me that all this time needed to be spent on my unit, but more so that they just didn't know what they were doing. I showed the new A/C company my bill and what was done, he told me there is no reason it shouldnt have taken 1 person a hour to get all this done. My husband called Lynn and told him everything that happened and he said he thought it would be fair for us to pay for 6 hours of labor and call it even...so end point we still have a bill for $500 dollars. you do the math. We will never use Lynn's AC again.

I'm happy with the results. There were problems he did not forsee upon the original inspection and he took care of these without additional cost to me. He is a very nice person and professional as were the employees he had on the job. They were here at the appointed time and finished as he had estimated. He did not leave his men to work and not come back. He worked here off and on until all was done. My home is much more comfortable now and will see how my elect. bill differs. Lynn is the most honest and reliable A/C Heating Contractor I have delt with in my 66 years. He everything he said he would and then some. He suggested a surge protector and a UV light that were to my advantage and for very little cost in addition to the original price. His work was outstanding because he really does believe in doing it right the first time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

One word... "awesome"! I know the typical A/C companies. Lynn was very professional and very structured. Not only did he do the work in a methodical manner, his team was very good to explain every step of the procedures (there were several) and the "dos and don'ts" of what to do to maintain the systems. The altered the designed of two units for easy access of evaporator coils, clean both coils, cleaned the outside condenser coils (absolutely filthy) and recharged both systems. Also, replaced two capacitors that were running hot. All over a 4 hr period. I am so pleased. These guys are not only professional but they are very reasonable! I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

Lynn was fast, responsive and not overly priced. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need! I have now found a new A/C man for my home and business!

He was great and while the parts weren't available due to the holiday, he went out of his way to make sure my renters were comfortable by putting in a window unit (at no extra charge) until the main unit could be repaired. Did all work in the time he said he would in the time he said and at the price he quoted. Great Job!

The guy knows what he's doing. He won't sell you something that you don't need. In fact, he came to the door and rang the doorbell. By the time I got to the door, he was around the corner checking things out. He makes good recommendations and is conservative about spending your money.
